Scusate mi serve una risposta , il mio pilota non diventa mai forte e non capisco il perché, apparte del bilancio negativo, ci sta qualcos'altro che può influenzare la crescita del pilota (caratteristiche)?

That's a difficult question to answer.

Drivers don't get stronger very quickly, it takes time to slowly train them up.
Either by:
1) Driver Training (most of the stats can be trained)
2) Testing (certain driver attributes are affected)
3) Competing in a race (you usually get an Experience and Technical Insight point and also motivation will depending on how well you do)

My driver won't be good enough to promote until next season at least.
Lots of other people hire a driver all ready with good stats.

Hopefully that helps but I'm sure your team should be able to help you too.
