I think that it will be good to have possibility to move members between team and its academy (or between team I and team II)
Now if team member will promote from academy to 1st team he had to resign and sign to 1st team. And he have to pay for it. And he will gain only part of his points for a team. It's useless.
Generally there are many things to make teams more interesting.

As a member of PRT teams family, I vote against.
Team championship/cup would be too easy to get, if you had a chance to shuffle between members with no consequences.
Not to mention that such thing as teams family doesn't exist :-)

No because it makes it too easy (and cheap) to shuffle membership and ‘fix’ team performance.

A change brought in to surely discourage linked or "family" teams being able to easily rearrange membership each season to have a team where all ten are scoring very well.
If a team wants to plan such a push, as oppose to it just naturally scoring highly as ten play to their own goals, then they must do so several seasons in advance. It shouldn't be easy to do, and things have been put in place to make sure it isn't easy to do. So any idea that tries to achieve the opposite of an already implemented change, surely has little to no chance of being implemented.

You have been around here for a long time.
So you should know that the penalties added to new members was of exactly generated for what you are proposing.
Teams with multiple sister teams would shuffle all promotion seeking or mid table and above managers in higher leagues to a single team, and those in the building, recovery or demotion phases in the sister teams, making it too easy to have very strong teams.

I don't think it would make it easy to get, as all family teams would be doing the same thing to have a single team from the family pushing at the top.
What it would do, is make it much more difficult for non-family teams to compete for the cup or championship, and that is not a positive thing, in my opinion (and I'm guessing in the opinion of admins too given the points penalty implemented when joining a new team).

The entire reason that we have the points penalty when joining a new team now is because a handful of super teams had one or two "academy" teams and were dominating the team championship by shuffling members every season so that the parent team always had the managers that were in the higher groups and pushing for promotion. Making a change that negates this should never happen, and probably won't.

Oh, I, Rookie thought about comunication inside team, not about team competition. during the race I can't see score of my teammate from other "team division"...
Of course, there will be "members shuffle". Why not?
For everything You wrote is simply remedium: divide number of team points by number of team in family. :)

Take it from someone that watched his three team family crumble to ash... split up and stick to your team on its own. Then take it from someone that watched his own single team crumble to ash atop the ashes of the family... don't ever give up hope that it'll turn around, no matter how long it takes.

well logically you should of said "I think there should be an unlimited amount of team members" = why do I have to mange three teams with three accounts just to try and gain an advantage over everybody else who plays by the rules "&^^$£%^&&" (the noise of my toys hitting the ground from my pram)

To be honest... yes - there shouldn't be limit in amount of team members. I think that all teams structure should be reinvented.

Discussion is always welcome but earning money has never been and objective for me.
(Only team I know that had this as and objective was "Money for Nothing")
