Can you elaborate, please? +20 what? And what that means "Don't let the Maximum Level of training drop below untrainables skills"?

Im just starting giving more attention to facilities, but I only upgraded a few things and trained a bit

Upgrading by the maximum of 20 levels in one transaction is cheaper per level than doing it one at a time. But you then have to pay a higher maintenance fee.

Tomek meant 'trainables' rather than 'untrainables'. Your three trainable staff skills (efficiency etc) will degrade if your maximum training level is below their level.

You can see the cost of the increase, it's clear more multiple level upgrade is cheaper

There must be a guide out there for sure. A guide similar to the newbe guide for rookie that advice you in the steps ,when to do it and to what level. yes, in a ideal world upgrade everything to the max level would be the best but how many of the people here ugrade the car parts to level 9? See my point?
i just have to find the right person have not arrive yet.
I know how to keep secrects

Ok, I really meant to say:
"I just have to find the right person; he has not arrived yet."
My mother tongue is Spanish dude!. I bet you can't write anything coherent in that language; don't you?
Anyway, I think your are one of those that surf in the forum with the only objective of changing the topic 180 degrees around.

Then.. IF you are willing to try and help, it's your responsibility to try and understand and/or ask questions to clarify the parts you didn't understand.

passing judgement on a non-native English speaking person who clearly is trying, that's a massive Faux pas

Always impressed how well non-native English speakers do in the games I play, I have a hard enough time myself tip toeing around conversations as its very easy to come across or be read in a negative tone. So long as we don't fall foul of Godwin's law!!!

Hector, I'm happy to help in pm but I'm afraid that I'm quite new to the game, my limited knowledge comes from team forums as asking for help elsewhere usually falls foul of FOBY.

You speak well Hector and I understood perfectly, ignore that guy. Have you seen this thread for Mentoring through Spanish?
