He even attended the 2012 Meeting in Tallinn and I visited him for a week in 2013.

The one you met,was a robot designed to look like the picture that this DA uses. They had implemented a special programme of AI to make him speak.
Keeney can't be wrong. He will never be.
He always has facts and undoubtable evidences.
