Shame I can't make it for the broadcast tomorrow night I would love to be part of it but I don't think it's a good idea whilst driving home to be also on YouTube watching the Stream Good luck tomorrow with the Stream and I hope I can catch it on Tuesday when I'm on holiday
- See how many people dont manage to mute the You-Tube stream this time while joining - hear my season preview on elite-group
I would appreciate if you write down questions/topics you would like to be answered/discussed in the stream in this thread!
See you tomorrow :)
Hi Jan, Congratz btw :)
I will try to steal the headphones from my son ... next time :)
Don´t know if i can join this time, but i would like to see as a topic: The PHA and the current results vs results just after the change.
Currently i don't watch closely Elite races...but watching only for the results, races became again more predictable, a bit like before the changes of PHA. It´s only a result of the hard work of top managers puting the car always for the track caracteristics....or there is something else?
I would appreciate if you write down questions/topics you would like to be answered/discussed in the stream in this thread!
When I was in your team some 15 seasons ago - thanks for teaching the vitals BTW - you were already talking about the non-trainables (staff) and how that hold you from being competitive in Elite. For the next dozen of seasons or so half the community had loads of fun about you being the Elite pipi runner, but eventually - as you already knew back then - it paid off and you proved to be right. What made the difference in terms of thise no-trainables?
Or simply said, A) What are those so called untrainables and how do you acquire them, for those who don't know. B) What do those untrainables bring that is so vital to be able to competitive in Elite C) At what values you considered non-trainables to be good enough to give it a go to become Elite champ? And why?

Edit// I'm at work when the race is on, nonetheless I'd like to be joining you sometime for like 10 or 15 minutes for quick chat. Seems cool and thanks for that. Will you be streaming opening and final races only?
Would love to join, but a) I don't have a mic/headphones (could easily buy them though, if it wasn't for...) b) rarely online on Friday evenings...Tuesday sometimes though, so maybe at some point :)
It was nice to see Kyle tunning in, quite enjoyable to see. He also took the opportunity to present the Oscars in there but he's gotta work on his drumming ;)
I was hindered by watching my race at the same time. Perhaps, next broadcast I will be more prepared to engage in the live discussion.
I liked the race discussions and race finishes that were included. A real Bonus was the Gpro Oscars. Kyle's not a drummer but he is trooper. Well done, mate.
Congratulations on getting the 2nd programme done. Looking forward to more.
BUT Kuba, I'm married and don't get be 'boss' very often. don't you know... :)

You got a brief feature, when we went through Master podiums :)
Seems like I somehow managed to not hear it, it was seriously brief though. :D

Both Kyle and Jan used a mobile phone for it. As long as WI fi is decently stable, it's doable.
I saw that indeed and it worked fine, but I probably need a webcam, since I need to mute sometimes my microphone. Wifi should be decent, I have quite an expensive connection. :D

We'll love to have more people joining the active stream, I can't talk to myself for 2hs people XD
I think that the game-wide notification would boost this up, since people who have visited forums themselves only know about this stream currently imo (haven't really seen it mentioned except oscars and this thread itself).
Ah yes, my accent is weird as well. I understand English really well, but when it comes to talking...
For a brief moment, I got to thinking "I'm off this Tuesday, so why don't give this a try?" Then it dawned on me... why am I going to waste anyone's time listening to me talking about the race or anything at all? Oh well, it's the back of the M4 field for me.

There is a mute option on the bottom of the screen that you can easily hit, i took advantage of that
Its nice to get a good reception, wasn't expecting it. Might do a behind the scenes Oscars to show what happens as people already know the effort, but do they actually know the effort :P
