Good luck to everyone but can you all just let me win please.
Don't worry Paul, my driver is terrible in rain, so I think you stand a good chance of winning.
Tom.
You have no idea how much you screwed up my plan to win 5 in a row so i could tick another achievment.
Congrats on that win though.
Have you set up your car for wet racing though after qualifying on dry settings.
I am all out for rain so if it is dry at any time I could be stuffed then one of you other guys will take it.
Lol, my bad Yeah, I'm ready for the rain but I'm still going to fail because my driver is possibly the worst rain driver in the game.
I would have won that race if it werent for a blown tire...
my home town track aswell!!
i meant for melbourne gp. lol.
Knew I'd fail on the rain race, nvm, always next race :)
So who is going to gamble on a wet start here then?
This is a 50/50 for wet or dry start if ever I have seen one.
IM going for a dry but my team is going off the boil. Or the manager is not up to the game.
Rain Probability: 0%-5% for the first 30mins, gives me the idea that it won't rain at the start
I agree with tom i doubt it will rain early, im shooting for no rain at all
:( I'm out of the cup, got a rain race where I lost, and then I tried a different fuel strategy which I don't think will make the 55th lap, I'm probably going to have to pit with around 3 laps to go
YES! what a nice thing to wake up to. =)
and then I effed up my qualifying...
Unlucky Andrew, I messed up last race so I'm out of the cup just when I needed a good result for my Sponsor :( It's only offering me $478.76 per race So I think I'll attempt to sign another as well
Thats not too bad in rookie though tom. just take it and move on to get enother one.
Make sure no one else is trying for the same sponsor aand if there is check the graph to see how close they are as well.
Im happy enough with my qually. We will see wot happens on the race.
Now Andrew you wouldnt be trying to pull the wool over our eyes and just be doing a 1 stopper? the difference between q1 and 2 would be about right for that.
No, I sincerely screwed up my Q2 session by running on Hard instead of Wets. Lucky for me, I was already planning on running a 1 stop strat. Paid off because I came second. Thanks no less to my excellent driver.
Oh wow, I keep forgetting about the races :) Easter holidays go too fast :(
Dash you Brandon. You take the lead in our battle for the next level in the cup.
That was one hell of a lead lapping everyone but 2nd place. Good race sir.
Thanks, was kinda questioning the fuel but it paid off, to be honest i thought you were gonna kick my butt.
Im more amazed at how well you have kept your budget intact.
and keep a good driver and a high level car.
Andrew you talking about me? :) I'm getting bits of advice from my friend who has 3 seasons experience on how upgrade the car without running anywhere near debt
you guys should find "GO".
It can help with strategy and stuff.
If any of you guys intend promotion next season then you will need as much money as you can get or you wont last. So its either having cash or bankrupt yourself and do another season in rookie.
As a rule of thumb dont upgrade a part unless its about 75% worn. That sometimes busts the car but it will save money. Oh and reduce risk settings.
Engines are a bit prone to popping with only 30% left though.
The driver is the most important part of the equation though.

Go is a good program, that is what my team uses. you can keep track of you history for all aspects of the game. http://www.mbjerg.dk/gpro/
You will need to keep an eye on the figures it throws up with pit strategy and things but its a good start to the game.

Andrew you talking about me? :)
No Tom, I was refering Brandon.
the figures its throwing up are basically off of 0 risk, the higher the risk the more you consume off of fuel and tires, but yes its a good start i agree
