*tilts head to one side* It take you 10 seconds? I can at least last for 30 seconds :P
But hey I've known some guys that can fire on off in less than 5 seconds!

ok so back on topic how about making it with three different test tracks all available at once and each adds a multiplier to a specific trait ahp(or 4 so one would be balanced). i realize this is already implemented by selecting what type of testing but this way if you absolutely did not want any acc test point you could choose a track which had no acc multiplier. just another dynamic but like it's already been said I don't think that many people test heavily.

The FAQ says that you should never need more than 280L of fuel in a race.
There are lots of things that affect your fuel consumption and your first races are bound to be blind guessing.
You can write up how much fuel you used after every race and soon you'll be able to predict your fuel consumption pretty accurately.

The FAQ recommends that you aren't likely to need more than 280l for the race, so if you divide that by how many stints you are planning to use you'll have a rough idea.
It won't be correct, or ideal, but at least it won't make you look silly.

If you feel like spending $1m, you could go testing. Suzuka (the test track) has somewhat similar fuel consumption levels to todays race, Suzuka being 'medium' and Monte Carlo being 'low'. It should give you a fairly basic idea of what your fuel consumption for the race will be.
I should stress fairly basic.
You can also test tyre wear as the two tracks have the same wear level, being 'medium'. Though bear in mind, other factors will affect consumption, such as the fact it's raining at the start of todays race.
You should also note, testing wears your car (much like a race) and prolonged sessions over several race weekends will bankrupt you very fast.

Tito, you have run 13 races, so you should be able to use the knowledge and data from those races and then be able to apply it to the next race.
Always try to work out the fuel used per km rather than per lap, as then you can use the fuel per km from one track to help guide you with another track that has the same usuage (low, Very Low, Medium etc).
Noone can tell you precisely how much fuel you will need as it depends on a few factors, such as Engine level and maybe specific driver attributes.
