S29 - Scott Robinson Founds Halo racing.

Scott "Sox" Robinson has handed temporary leadership of Aurora Racing to Timo Sydanmetsa in order to establish the academy sister team.

Requirements for applications are simple.
- must be able to read and type English to an adequate level.
- supporter status is required.
- must be willing to share data.
