You're a good guy, Winkley. Nice one.
But it could be easily done. I won my race on a one stop with no risks (albeit with favourite track) by a large margin and, with risks, would have been very confident of winning with a 4 stop, maybe even a 5. I think the main reason is that so many rookies don't know the optimal strategy so were going for multiple stops when they really shouldn't have been.

Next challenge is the 8-stop winner; success means all of my Supporter Credits AND (more importantly...for some) my Retirement from the game.
Let battle commence. ;p

lol - be careful, Winkley. With such a prize on offer, I'm sure there is a group somewhere that will come up with an "8-stop cartel" with no one using less than 8 stops :)

It is not impossible to do in rookie towards the end of the season where most people smoke.
I will think about it. ;)

don't you think that 8 stopper is impossible unless the whole group tries to achieve that?
a challenge could be winning from position down below 25 or 30...should be fun to watch with all the overtaking :)

and forgive me if i dont know how to quote...
But as i dont know how to quote, some rookies are in the beguining and discoering the game such as i. Closest thing to default will get you a 4 pit stop race, because you will use the softest tyres for qualifying and as such you will be stucj to them for the race and it´s the tyre usage that will define the race strategy not the fuel... Btw Ramon is in my group. i had lousy qualifying with only 2 worst times then mine. Opted to go on a 2 pit stop race and it was paying as i was 4th at 7 laps to final with one smoker and one short on fuel above me. Unfortunately i had a random stop to change my front wing, was not expecting it, and ended up 6th. All in all not bad, but second coming from the end would have been great. Ramon was out of reach unless he had a malfuncition and stoped.

after 4 stop last race,I think I can get a win with 8 stops :D

But the question in rookie is, How the hell I can have that crappy slow time so I can start from that back ?
