1.- You don´t have personal opinions if you just do what you are told to do, and vote what you are told ;)

Who allowed nomination of team mates again anyway? :(
You can't vote your own team in the final stage, but I'd love to see Mikko extend that to family teams and team mates (both direct and within your family team).
Seems it would make it very fair. Nominate who you like, but if he is deserving of the votes when it comes to the actual voting, then the winners will get them from people who aren't their direct friends and team mates.

Oscars never claimed to be an impartial reflection of who were the best managers of the season in the different categories. They have always been about nominating and voting based on personal likes/dislikes. It's just for fun/entertainment during Silly Season and I do not see why so many people jump on Hungarian managers that have nominated people they like. They are just playing the game :)
If Oscars are not about fun and sillyness, well, explain me why I got Biggest Chick Magnet award a few seasons ago and I'm probably going to be nominated again in that category this season :D. I believe I was awarded because it was funnier to vote me :D
If you do not like those nominations, play the game and plan a counter offensive :P

It'd be a hollow victory for any of them, and would totally undermine the efforts that Mikko goes to in running these awards.

I don't see any fun in any outcome being decided before the votes are actually revealed.
Nominate whoever you like, but ban voting of team mates, family team mates, your own team and family teams when it comes to the main voting stage and the winners will be true winners, albeit of a non-serious award, but makes the "ceremony" a lot more fun as certain categories won't be spoiled by knowing who's going to win :)
