S95 - ACADEMY SEATS are AVAILABLE
The NITROUS Family is busy with a major reshuffle of seats in preparations of the upcoming seasons. With that we will have a few open seats in our NITROUS Academy. As this highly intriguing game has seen a recent influx of new players, we think there will be plenty new managers looking for a team in which they will be able to learn and steadily progress up the tiers! We are offering new a/o struggling players to get to grips with the game as we are known to provide help and support at all levels!
SHOUT-OUT to NEW PLAYERS
Please have a read through our posts above, and while you are at it, also check our team info pages for plenty of info on who we are and how we roll. When interest is sparked, drop any of our Team Leads a message in-game(!) expressing your interest as well as your thoughts ... !
When messaging us, we can only suggest to write something that stands-out from the masses. Please keep in mind;
- As it's mainly about filling our Academy seats, we are in no hurry to have them all filled before the start of the season!
- We'll give all those that show interest in joining up with us, an equal response and respect as per their messages sent in.
- Obviously for things like "Yo, pick me" and the likes ... just keep in mind that such won't get you into any self respecting team!
When selected our new Academy members will enjoy limited access to our written knowledge on our external Forum pages, with plenty of info to make it out of ROOKIE quickly There will also be access to our Discord channels, for game related Q&A (sort of an extended mentee-ship). However, as we believe in ROOKIE all bare basics MUST be learned, anyone in ROOKIE will not have full access to our tools from the get go, instead though you will be backed by our own experienced bunch of players to enable you to rock your own ROOKIE group.
That's the deal, so when you're still interested, Drop us a few lines ;)
TO ALL GPRO GAME-VETS
Despite he fact we won't have open seats in any of our F-teams this time around, you're still welcome to get in touch! When you are familiar with NITROUS and always have had an interest in possibly making that transfer, then don't hesitate too long to drop us a line! While our line-ups will/should be full by the start of R1, the future is still a freaking long time. Then again, as you all know, at some point seats surely will open up again. Getting in touch early would ease any potential joining later on. In the meantime we can talk GPRO and whether or not a future transfer would be an option ... ?

S96 - Seeking new and more seasoned players
For our NITROUS F3 Racing team, we are looking for a few seasoned managers. When you feel stuck in your current game play, your current team even or you would aspire a change of scenery, then please drop me a line. You can check our team profile pages for what's on offer from our end, so ensure to include what you would be able to contribute to our NITROUS Family.
Next, we like to offer up to 10-12 new players the chance to join our NITROUS Academy team. You will join as an Apprentice and we will help you ease into the game during all of S96. You bring your pro-active attitude into our discord, ask as many questions as you can and show us you are willing to learn and commit. Towards the end of the season we will offer an Academy seat to those that have shown us they want it! Right now we have 5 on offer, so there's a good chance to score one!
On offer are ... ;
- ... limited access to our written knowledge on our external Forum pages, with very useful ROOKIE info!
- ... access to our Discord channels, for game related Q&A, mentoring, etc.
- ... a sort of an extended mentee-ship for a full season, being a NITROUS Apprentice!
- ... 5 or 6 seats towards the end of the S96!

S97 - Seeking new players that would like to really get to know the game!
To strengthen our teams in the long run, we like to offer a good number of new players the chance to join our NITROUS Academy team! Here's why you should really consider your options with us;
- The NITROUS Racing Family provides a very stable 5-team environment!
- We also offer to share our knowledge based on your pro-active attitude!
- We will help you ease into the game, and show you how to enjoy the game!
- We do value RL circumstances over games online, though we're looking for commitment to participate in all races!
You will join as an Apprentice and bring your pro-active attitude into our discord, ask as many questions as you can and show us you are willing to learn and commit. We do not spoon feed, and we will ask you to do some basic ROOKIE calculations. This is to get your mind and thinking into GPRO mode. Besides, if you cannot get out of ROOKIE with our backing, then maybe this game is not for you ;)
Over the course of the season we will evaluate all that joined and offer a seat to promising managers. This is less based on in-game results, but more on your personal learning curve. The game is complex and you will surely not win the Championship in 2024! However, you will have a great opportunity to get a very good knowledge base for longterm joy playing this highly intriguing game! If you're willing and game-hungry, then this is a proper chance to get to grips with the game alongside a good bunch of managers from across the World that are ready to provide support 24/7!

Some of you may already have heard; following a breach of contract, NITROUS F1 Racing much sooner then anticipated will have an seat opening up rather abruptly!
While the seat is being freed, we would like to invite the more seasoned players to apply for joining us at the NITROUS Racing Family! It's a very potential opportunity for the willing and able! We seek to fill the seat before the end of the season, to help keep up our momentum! However, even 1 man down, we should still be able to finish well inside the GPRO Team Top 50 this season, so there is no rush nor panic! ;)
For less seasoned players, we still have open spots in our NITROUS Racing Academy team, a proven starting point for many GPRO careers! You're always invited to apply for our Academy!
