suspension 98%

Replace or down grade the parts you don't think will last the next race

update your car, you need to pay money to get new parts for your racer. This is why also you might have had mechanical problems in your last few races.

- buy higher level (upgrade)
- buy the same level (update)

You should replace the suspension and front wing as they will definately make you break next race and get half earnings.
As for the other parts, its part of the game to find out how much usage a part will take in any given race.

there isnt right place for every one. Everyone needs to find their own place to upgrade which respond their needs.

-buy new parts;
-downgrade; or
-do nothing and pray to god for a finish.

Since you're in rookie, don't start crying so easily, in rookie group, you don't have the 90% race lenght problem so, keep qualifying and racing till you come back to positive, upgrade all car parts(probably all parts will be 90%+ wear and use 0 risks or in no other way you will be able to keep running and upgrading car parts when necessary.
That's all folks, more than that and I'll be racing for you :)
