Uhm, i am sure something is wrong here.

1.18.4 in the dry on Xsofts
(2s down on leader P14)

1.37.661 in the wet with wets
(7.5s downon leader P24)

my driver is not the best rain driver, but certainly not the worst..

besides that i am using the same weather converter which i am using over 10 seasons, so that is not the issue aswell...

Poor conversion and an error in q2 could give you a much bigger difference than that so don't know why you believe it to be a bug.

That explains the last 10 seasons then :P

Fuel is obviously a factor he could be smoking on a stupid fuel strat. Other than that if you are positive the setup is right and your tyres are as you say then I can only think it must be a random but not a bug?

There's a guy in my group that's 9.4s behind the Q2 leader (and this being Master, this time is an entire geological age in itself as a gap).

And there's also the legendary "dry tyre on wet Q2" bug, if you still looking at hypothesis.

nothing wrong with the conversion trust me, if it were shite the whole phantom racing and wankel racing would be rubbish in the wet..

Fuel is not the thing, i am not packed... a mistake would be a 0.1% chance on my driver.. well anyways will see what my dude will do in the race

You say you have been using the conversion for 10 seasons. Is it a manual thing so maybe a user error or an auto program you use?

You will not have noticed an issue so much on most races since the temps are typically close.

Since the temp diffs from Q1 to Q2 are very different. If you use the wrong one at these temps it a big problem.

Just a thought?

If you end up slow in the race it will indicate the setup is your problem. If not then its a mystery.

you already said your driver was bad in rain, and if you pushed the car in Q2 I'm pretty sure the chance is more than 0.1% I would go with 20% with which I say you were just unlucky

Not a bug though, otherwise everyone would be getting it, and then everyones times would be the same and you wouldnt know there was bug :P

Beside that we are using the same scripts for over 30 seasons, so that is not the issue aswell... :)

Maybe the problem is not the converter - maybe the problem started before you used the converter? Rain will just increase the problems and you see that then by looking at the bigger time difference to the leader.

what if.....wankel and phantom gave you wrong information purposely cos they didn't like you very much? atleast one of your conversions was rubbish btw. if the one you used for this race was the one that had the rather nice background image on it then, I hate to break it to you, I disagree with the strength of i completely. I used it for one race and it was dog turd.

the biggest mistake i've found in this game is to rest on your laurels and assume that you are right, or worse, always right.

Risks in qualifying. We found these differences between the players of our team, we discussed the matter and found that those who used high risks in Q2, "push the car a lot" or mainly "push the car to the limit," had very bad times, much higher than they usually do.
Perhaps we are wrong, but our data pointed to this possibility.
