Never really minded if others are paying a good wage to their driver. Granted my driver does get jealous that he can only afford a single Bentley as opposed to the collections some of the other drivers must be able to afford.

Mine is a bit high as well but trust me, when I signed him I offered him a bit less than he asked for.And he's already at the 3rd contract with me.I think I offered him 700.000$ when we started the first contract, now it has 878.080$.

And if I retain this season the wage will increase a bit further because I want to extend his contract by only a few races(2 I think) to achieve my plan for the next 2 seasons...

Today? My fuel calculations were wrong leading me to drop those places. I really can't blame anyone for it tonight. I was lucky Lagana had the same issue to give me the advantage in our cup match. Grebowski is proving tough to catch and I wouldn't have beaten him or Cosma tonight even without the extra pit stop.

Still I was happy to grab 2 points and gives me a bit more room over Trpceski in 3rd. Hopefully I can keep in the points for the rest of the season but I am sure plenty of other managers will be trying to stop me.

I screwed up all over the place in Sepang. Did Q2 on dry tyres and then underestimated my wet tyres so had 2 pitstops instead of 1.....still finished in 10th after starting in 28th. Could have perhaps got up to 7th with the right strategy but I doubt I could have got higher.

I ran my fuel based on a dry race. I had to run low risks so my car would stay together. My top 15 was not bad considering.
