well Ignition is averaging 7.3 over last 20 seasons ;)
I didn't say no teams, I said few teams. Ignition, Edifice, Jaguar, Tiger... from those teams it is known that they are at the very top and such things can be expected. Green Cobra is more of a new kid on the block and therefore it can fit in the "overachievement" category where we recognize teams/managers who exceeded expectations.
