Hello, this is my first participation in the forum ...

I just signed a driver for 17 races and his ability was before the first race of 110. He has raised me to 111 after his first race and I would like to renew 17 more races.

Can someone tell me how to train him to go down to 110 again and renew him?

You will need to reduce a skill in order for your OA to be 110. In your opinion, what skill is the easiest to reduce? :)

@Leandro Hernandez (A66); looking at your driver stats, you're going to struggle I think. You really ought to have signed an extension before the race.

Fitness training might help you out, if you have gained motivation. There is not really any other option available to you.

Check with your team

Look in the forum for OA drop or rehire your Driver you should find some info..

Notice which attributes increases and which can be lowered, just be careful since training lowers one and raises another (with one exception which is useless for you now)
