My driver's overall was 85 at last race of season 24. But i made a mistake and i upgrade all parts of my car for just a test and my money reduces to -30million . So, my driver's motivation is decreased to 0 and overall 75.
So, my driver's overall is 75 and motivation is 0. But other skill are good.
What do you think, should i change my driver ?
is my driver's motivation increase fastly?

If the problem is the motivation, don´t worry, if you get some good results you will probably recover the motivation you´ve lost.
Another thing, if you want to recover the motivation lost you can also give a new contract to your driver, it will give motivation a "boost".

Not because of low motivation, no. Analyze the rest of the stats. If they're good, keep him.

My driver was very good last season. So i don't want to lose him. Only problem is motivation.
I don't change my driver and i offer a new contract to my driver :) I hope my driver's motivation will increase fastly :)

I extended my driver's contract 10 races and motivation increased to 50, overall increased to 79 :)))

my driver had 5 more races to drive but his OA was larger than in the rookie group. why he stayed and those five races, but now I have to hire new?

During the season, the driver OA can be higher than the limit. However, you can't renew his contract when the OA is higher. And if you remain in Rookie the next season, you lose him if the OA is still higher.

same here. 2 races left and 89 oa. when they say reset in rookie - they MEAN reset unless driver oa <85. no matter what contract is.

Stefan should send everybody an automatic PM in rookie when they loose their driver because of OA.
It would save a lot of posts in Topics :p

There are only two rules about driver OA that matter to rookies:
1) • Managers in Rookie groups cannot offer contracts to drivers with overall higher than 85
2) For managers in the Rookie groups money balance, car parts, staff and facilities, sponsors negotiations, car character points etc. will be reset at the start of every season. The only thing that rookie managers get to keep between the seasons is the driver if his overall does not exceed 85.
Add on that renewing a contract counts as "offer contracts" and you know everything you need to about OA limits.
