I know it´s not really a bug, but it´s very confusing.

german rules: "Fahrer die älter als 35 Jahre sind, verlieren mit jedem Rennen etwas an ihren Fähigkeiten. "

english rules: "As drivers age they will start losing some of their abilities after every race at the age of 35."

that´s quite different. the german rules says, that drivers will lose abilities if they are OLDER THAN 35. The english rules show AT THE AGE OF 35

i think the english rules are correct. Am I right?
So it would be great if the german rules will be changed.
