Hello Christophe
This should be post on the french/newbie section.

To increase staff motivation try doing different things (like training, do 100 test laps, etc.) and see if the motivation increased after the following race.

Dat moment when my staff motivation was higher than driver's even after getting 3 podiums in a row...
