Would be nice to see it listed in a table too. It's easy to miss those little red shadows when scrolling up and down through several 80 lap races
Edit: And Q risks too ;)

Quote ( Roland Postle @ September 28th 2016,13:46:30 ) And Q risks too ;) If we're including that, we should include quali energy at the same time. :)
I would like to see quali energy on Q1 and Q2 pages pre-race regardless though.

After that I've spent several hours on searching why the boostlaps aren't imported anymore by my data parser and finally found out that vlad has changed the width and the color of the shading?
No way :-P

My eyes hurt when I try looking for boost laps numbers in Analysis. Vlad, can't you plz make all three lap numbers of a single boost orange or something? Thank you!

Spot the boost lap :
My suggestion would be to make the whole lap number "box" to change color, instead of the faint glow behind the number. Or at least make the glow much more visible
as example

Lap 25 :)
Edit: Was done before the box.

That's just due to your special Superman X-ray shades :)
But I'm sure that even with those, you too can agree that the current one is not too clearly visible

Honestly, I have essentially perfect eyesight, and if I didn't already know which boost laps I had chosen, the red shadow (even before the simulated color-blindness) wouldn't be blatantly obvious.
Maybe we don't need another section on the Race Analysis screen (though, I don't think it would necessarily bother me), but Mikko's suggestion is good.

The problem with any colouring/shading/background changes to the lap number is they won't copy-paste easily, nor show up in the Excel sheet (which is lacking tons of stuff anyway but nevermind)
An events text as Helga suggested or a table are both easy to see, easy to paste around, and easy(ish) to parse

That's exactly why to make them color/shading/background, to make total and complete automation harder :D

I'd rather have them written up under a "Boosting Laps" part in the Analysis as when copy/pasting into excel, or parsing into a document you do not get the boost lap starts with you anyway so have to always go in and look again, or write them up manually.

Or
23 24 (25) (26) (27) 28

Whoa, have the lap numbers always linked to the specific lap on the race replay? I never noticed.
And thanks, Vlad, works much better now.

It's really nice that game admin listens and reacts to suggestions! Thanks a lot! But is it really difficult to color ALL boost laps and not only first ones?;))

Max, I like your previous suggestion with the *12 before or after the number... This would be super easy as far as coding is concerned.

I think it's perfect as it is right now.
