I had to work on the assumption that the flavour was telling us that mob were in fact town, who may later become scum, whilst the truth appears to be some sort of disorganised mafia faction instead.
Not saying the game would have turned out any differently had mob been more clearly 'anti-town' though.
It WAS obvious, Bruno sold it with his day 2 opening posts. I just couldn't push the point.
Funny that my "Mobs are bad" argument which was trying to root out Mobs probably helped them more than anything - and we had too many cops to NK before we could get to them. Then I shot us in the foot by missing that Frank had set a night action deadline and lost us that NK and got myself killed - even though Sam would have got me anyway that night.
