Your reaction is polarizing regardless of the intention behind it. I don't assume to know your goals, I am pointing out the effect.
Also, I have no idea what you mean with "blind world". Perhaps it would help to not use metaphors in your already short answers. It's very hard to understand the context and meaning of your posts sometimes.
@Ze, just taking a part of my post and painting your own context on it doesn't make it true. But if you are really able to predict the future, it would be nice if you could tell us the lottery numbers for this month.
There's hardly any decline in the past 10 seasons, which is clear from the graph. GPRO is also well past its hype peak, which is clear to see in the graph. The game is stabilizing and groups are being adjusted to fit the current numbers. Such adjustments need to be made gradually, otherwise they will interfere with the balance of the game.
You might not like the short term effects, but I'm sure that these effects will go down after a few seasons.

Can it be Roulette? Start collecting data and make sure you always play in the same machine, so its signature doesn't change.

Ah, I just realized. Congrats first for your debut in the Pros. Sincerely. I don't really know yet if I envy you. Even for a top ex-Amateur that 15 car size red zone must feel a bit intimidating just by itself. But it seems already to have had some effect your cognitive abilities.

Viewing a game's success over its lifespan is almost always irrelevant. No game is majorly successful for its entire life, almost all games rise and fall, have peaks and troughs, and have short bursts of activity.
Look at Apex Legends from when it came out to now.
A bunch of MMOs like WoW and Runescape are examples of longer-term drop offs, but both games are still stable and healthy with ever-improving content.
You can't always look at the big picture to guage a game's success.

Elite 50 cars
Masters 44 cars * 4 groups = 176 cars
Pro 38 * 16 = 308
Amateur 32 * 64 = 2048
Rookie would be the remaining in 256 groups and "open" size groups could have way over 40 cars that only a 3rd would be racing. But if it was all levels "round".
Rookie '26' cars * 256 groups = '6656'. Game total '9538'
Or if 40 is the limit would hurt a little more below Elite except where can't hurt more anymore. Rookie.
OK, the suggestion was a bit bad and did really deserved all those 7 thumbs down.
What about then... 38 cars in Amateur?! Can it start right this season? I'm happy with it. It may retain something.

A "perfect" solution for those (i.m one of them now)who stays at rookie by purpose. Simply every 3, 4 seasons, fill the last 2, 3 or how many groups are needed to, and drop all those super rookies to fight with each other..
May the best prepared promote!
Simple as that.
