If he signed 2 17 race contracts at 110oa its very easy. Plus motivation highly exaggerates the OA of a driver

He renewed the contract on the same day (or few days later) when he signed him, when the OA was still under the limit.

If overal lower than 111 after last race, you keep it.

Yes for the second question, unless you end negative, in that case facilities and car will be sold to pay the bills.
