We are looking for a new manager for our beloved team. Sadly, one of the members is set to leave the team soon and we would appreciate a committed young blood for the team.
I am not gonna go through the expectations or criteria, I assume you can guess it. We just want someone who will have fun along the way with us.
We are one of the older teams and have reached the 2nd position a number of times. Of late we have been a bit quieter as all the guys are now senior citizens and sitting with their canes talking about the good old days. If you look over our team you can see that no one likes to leave the team and our turn over is very small.
Is that a good sign or just a sign that we are too old to change our ways? In any case you can say that our players like the team, and do not leave easily.
