However will we survive knowing that Finn disapproves?

Be quiet Riley. Just because I was the only one who posted why I was disliking everything.
Anyway, Martini are an actual big team, whereas Ignition aren't. And less people have congratulated them or serenaded their members.

Well.. a team cup win.. that's pretty big, i'd consider them a regular top 10..

Yes. a regular top 10 team which have been in the top 10 only twice.

Yes. a regular top 10 team which have been in the top 10 only twice. . . . so far.
This is becoming clearer now. It's not about people being suck-ups, it's that you have something against Ignition in particular. What's the matter? They turn down your application?
EDIT: Congrats to Michael and iMartin btw, and good luck.

I have nothing against ignition in particular.

. . . so far oh right, I will call our team a regular top 10 team then... even though they aren't yet.

This is the team discussion thread, not the top-team discussion thread. Technically all teams and team events should be treated with equal respect, from Apples right down to, well, Scirocco.

oh right, I will call our team a regular top 10 team then... even though they aren't yet. My point was that (and I thought this through before rmembering that they've just lost 2 members so will have a big shuffling penalty) they will be in the top 10 in the very near future on a regular basis (although not next season as I had initially thought).

Said by someone whose Team has never been better than 27 in more history than Ignition!

Said by someone whose Team has never been better than 27 in more history than Ignition! And what? It should be pretty clear the team isn't for performance. Just as it is pretty clear your team has no atmosphere inside it.

You clearly know nothing. There is great camaraderie and atmosphere within Ignition. How can you claim any differently when you have never been there?
Now Ignition and none of its members have ever claimed to be a "big team" so getting 2nd in the standings and winning the team cup, winning every single round along the way, was a massive achievement that the team are rightly proud of (and top 12 for the past 3 seasons, including top 10 for 2 of them, is an indication of the direction the full team is moving too, although Ignition will suffer with the point penalty in the next few seasons).
However, I can assure you the team are more proud of the progression the team and all the individuals in that team have made both in the game and as friends.
I have no idea why you have a problem with Ignition but you might want to get your facts right before claiming such things as no atmosphere inside the team.

No atmosphere?Team work, progress and results talked by themselves...

Your statement was so ridiculous that you made me spray soda all over my laptop! You bastard! :-)
Speaking as someone who's been on two previous teams that were pretty light on "atmosphere", I can say that from a team camaraderie and friendship standpoint that Ignition can go toe to toe with the best teams in this game. There's no question about it. Anyone who says differently is either speaking completely from ignorance or is out of their mind.

Lol at the discussion.
Finn, may you please supply us with a complete list of teams that we are allowed to congratulate in this thread? :/

in a way you are right. I wouldn't call 2 times "regular".
That being said: Finishing at top 10 is still a feat and as such deserves at least some respect.

noo you mean for example my team being out of top 200, doesn't deserve at least some respect? wha that hurts :(

At first there was a smile... Then came *sigh* do I have to.... ...
I'm guessing you're joking, but just to make sure, I'll say it anyways...
Respect isn't necessarily dependant on the position you (or your team) are, it can be and quite often is more about how you carry yourself...
Respectable results and respectable behaviour patterns are two different things...
But I'm sure you knew that :)

heh, I always admired your posts and I know I can learn a lot from you just by reading your posts :D
and to clarify, yes I was joking :)

Agreed on that! Sill slapping myself for a week or so ago.
Back to the "help the stressed out Pro+ guys pick the right #$%ing tire team war room" Theo!
And I think Finn got stuck with some cheap beer tonight!

I believe Laila is banned from this topic. I may be wrong.
Mikko, I also agree that twice does not make a team regular top 10, but that doesn't explain Finn's attitude towards Ignition. It was nobody in Ignition that said they were a big team or a regular top 10 team (although that is the team's goal). Finn moans about Ignition's new members getting more mention here than Martini's new member but, again, that is not the fault of Ignition.
Maybe Finn is just trying to get a reaction, and if he was he succeeded. Claiming a team has no atmosphere when that is totally not true and he wouldn't actually know that anyway is probably just him trolling. I probably should have just ignored him :)

Or maybe it’s you. Currently you didn’t get a response to your last post about Finns thoughts on Ignitions team atmosphere. Yet you decide to bring it up again. After a response maybe?
