hey Kale, maybe now you don't see the real question you want to ask :)
but when you'll get more experience, you'll ask the questions that really matter. ( i am not saying that this rounding thing is not important ).
here is a situation :
- you are making a race with 60 laps. - tyre wear is 5% per lap.
when you'll make the 1st pit ( planned pit, let's not take random, fuel and other things now ), just the tyres ? :)

with highest possibility on 21-th lap ;) but might be that it could happen on 19-th if there is rounding with 5% :D

nice answer ( i don't say that you are correct or not ) :)

so, be sure that it really can happen on 19-th, if wear is 5.49 % ;)
that's what I'm talking about... don't anyone think that in analysis we must have exact values???
if I'm only one, okay, understand ;)

i really don't know...this are hard questions :)
you'll get along with this kind of situations

And Conclusion:
Topic was open by Question "is there bug" or no...
Answer: NO, There is NO BUG...
But, Race Analysis doesn't give you Exact data and at the end of race it could be variable in approximately 5 Liters...

don't anyone think that in analysis we must have exact values??? They are exact enough to pit when you want. Since at least 4 seasons I did not pit earlier than I expected or two laps later. I rarely pit one lap later. And I wouldn't call myself a very experienced manager.
The fact that we get fuel left in the car sometimes rounded to 1%, sometimes to 1ltr, helps calculating exact usage much closer than if we had rounding to 1ltr for each stint. If you tried to think about it in the time you used for all those posts, you would understand the game better now. Your choice :)

Sure??? Could you calculate my usage on that situation? :)
If there would be rounding with liters (I'd better to have rounding with tenth liters), usage of fuel would be 235 Liters instead of 233.8 ;)
NOW I know that in time of my pit I had 3.3 liters and Totally I've used: 224.1 Liters... There was mistake in 100 or 200 Grams Only...

I can. Precisely due to having info both with % and ltr. You did this yourself anyway.
BTW, there is "Edit post" button, very useful sometimes :)

Your staff does not know how to measure accurate information :)
