I'm sorry if i'm missing something but in my race setup i had 0 for "wait to pit if stops raining" and apparently i still haven't stopped. Looks like a bug to me.

Pretty good assumption that you did not have it set to have dry tyres on in the dry. Go take a look.

You were using dry tyres in the rain, hence didnt need to stop :L

Tyres strategy At the start //When it rains// When the track is dry rain - soft - soft
I still don't understand... Isn't the main point wether you stop or not disregarding the tyre choice? If not then i will never understand this questions but that's ok, there's always a way around it.

I had something similar happen- but for mr I started with 100 Liters of fuel with Rain tires, but I pitted on lap 10 ?? My fuel was 100 Liter start 100 Liters 1st pit. 4O Liters after
But I pitted on lap10 and came out with 33% Fuel left..

When it rains - Soft.
This means that you were using soft tyres when it rains, so you were on dry tyres when the track was wet :L

Yes, you can have dry tyres in the wet, but if you are on dry tyres and the rain stops, why would you pit for more dry tyres ?

At the start //When it rains// When the track is dry rain - soft - soft there, you specified that when the weather is rainy, to use soft tyres and when it is dry weather, to use soft tyres the only way you can pit for a weather change in that situation, is starting with rain tyres, starting with rain, and the rain stops
