Thanks for answering my question! I believe my driver has become very depressed after my training. He now twice made a big mistake a the start. Now I'M very depressed :s.

Joost Mostert, Physical training actually decreases the motivation of the pilot. In relation to the events in starts, maybe you should use lower risks.
Evgeny Shkurlatov, i was worse, took a random and abandoned the last lap :(

If you get certified before completing 17 races in the first try, you get a bonus of 3 million, the second attempt, 2 million and 1 million on the third attempt. After the third attempt, if you need a 4th attempt, will cost you $ 1,000,000. Each new attempt after the 4th will become $ 1 million more expensive. Then the 5th attempt will cost $ 2,000,000, 6th $ 3,000,000, 7th $ 4,000,000 and so on. This certification demonstrates that you have knowledge about the rules and how the GPRO works.

Hey guys, a good news for you, I will stop fighting for positions, from now on, I will run only to have the money bonus in the next season. If you want you can put into vacation mode, and a manager you chose, will take care of the account until you come again :)
In holiday mode, the responsible manager will not have access to the account settings, it will only administer (Setup and qualifications for racing, etc ...)

Cirkovic, how to choose a good pilot makes a difference, to who was in the bottom half of the table, the first place is a good sign that your new driver is good. Let's see your performance during the season. I hope we've a good fight for position :D

Well next season here will be a strong group , the 2 best not want to go to amateur ... bye all , ... was a surprize for me go to amateur because i was not play this game for many seasons ... now i go to the bored amateur ... there mistake make us pay high and get bad position ...
