Cheers, Kautsar
It isn't mandatory to pass the test; so just chill out, play & have fun :)

finally you got your new pic \o/

Been on here less than 24 hours and passed the test on 2nd attempt. If you open up all the pages suggested, you will find MOST of the answers. A couple I couldn't find anywhere but took an educated guess based on what I did find. Some answers are obvious but others take a bit of searching. I just think there should be some kind of ongoing benefit for passing it. It seems to have been set up because regular players got sick of answering the same newb questions over and over again.

What's the cert test for?

One possible loophole for losing money at the end of the season to drop driver motivation to 0 by failing it each time.
Another answer would be you get yourself a green tick

For example: when/if you apply to a team, it may be an indication that you are familiar with certain aspects of Gpro and as such can be favorable to you

Quote ( Rocco Stallone @ July 28th 2017,07:00:34 ) What's the cert test for? To determine whether you're certifiable or not. Although, let's be frank, we all know the answer to that.

I am very proud of my green tick... nearly as proud as I am of my 3rd place certificate for the year 8 cake baking competition

Get rid of it. If you been racing for 5 human years, you should get an exemption. Of course this is coming from someone who gave up trying to pass.
People still check whether you have a tick or not?
only to see if they are able to use end of season loophole for relegation purposes :)

OK. Let's analyze this from a pseudo scientific viewpoint. First and foremost, is the test representative and therefore an accurate assessment of the knowledge to play game. I don't think so. Has the test been statistically analyzed to ensure, you know stuff like the correlation coefficient, but now I'm bragging. Seriously I challenge the purpose of the certification.

You get a pdf certificate to download, Print off and put up on your wall at home. If nothing else it's worth doing it for that 😃

Good point. Next to the Renoir? Yeah right......
I forgot, I don't have a Renoir. 😀

I'm considering adding mine as an extra page on the back of my CV.

pseudo scientific WHAT?! lol.
GPRO is just a game, played for fun. I think analysing the purpose of a certified tick is pretty much a waste of energy. It's just there for newbies to feel better about themselves, right!

Quote ( Stuart Foster @ December 29th 2017,09:55:40 ) It's just there for newbies to feel better about themselves, right! the problem is, that in reality it makes newbies feel bad. it would be cool if the questions were all answerable from the rules/FAQ/newbie guide.

Don't have the tick, and feel great about it.
I'm saving it for a certain special occasion ;)

What that man said....
I aint no newbie but I gave up after 3 attempts...
Problem was you were not told what ones you got wrong. Not suggesting showing the correct answers, just which ones were wrong....
Not going to use valuable cash trying again... now if there was an option to use supporter credits then maybe.....

I tried 4 times, on my first attempt I scored 17, and on the other 3, I scored 22. Not going to try it again unless I manage to relegate from Amateur somehow... but if there's someone who can do it, it's me, and maybe Kyle Morris.
