Hi Rolf! Even if it was only 2 seasons, where we were tires on tires, the last one was an unforgettable season for me.
I wish you good luck in your rebuild and I will be happy to add you to my friends list

Hi Laurent! Congratulations on your excellent season performance! Congratulations on the Championship! The trophy has found a worthy carrier...
I wish you all the best in Master and a lot of success... The main thing is you're being drawn into another group. :-)
See you

Wow!?! My driver put on 9kg during the off season . . . Gawd damnit

Okay, so Contimental tyres are probably over emphasising the performance due to the hot track, but I'm very happy with the qualifying for race 1. A points finish for my first ever Pro race would be a dream, but let's focus on retaining. I've not got much money, so this will be a challenge.
Good luck everyone.

I'm focus on retaining too. It will be hard because of my driver who is for training but I hope Contis will make a difference. Good luck everyone.

When I joined this group last season I was impressed with the competition between the members and I had to fought hard to make a few points to retain.
The group was exactly what I expected from a Pro group.
Looking at this season I'm very disappointed the group, it became soft and almost nobody is racing. Everyone is too busy worrying about there strategy''s so racing is really weak. Bar 2 guys this is a joke. I must admit I'm also guilty.
Am I wrong ? or do we all agree?

I think you are completely right. I promoted to early and without enough money. This is my first season in Pro Andi fear I am going back down. I only have 8 seasons under my belt, so I accept I am still a rookie, but the number of those fighting for the promotion, it seems as though only 2 or 3 are really pushing.
I'm racing. But the step up from Ama to Pro is tough so I still don't have a point yet (should have last race but the weather screwed me... partly my fault, partly bad luck).
It still looks like retaining will require some points on the board, no?
I'll second that, I fear 4-10 points my be the retaining goal, here.
Those guys who are looking for points, don't be disappointed, be patient.
Getting points are easier every race because us guys at the top are not racing, only 2 guys are pushing.
my plan is top 4-8 (without promotion) and i putting risks 30-40

Billy, you're absolutelly right. I said that few seasons ago: the curious case of "nobody wants to promote".
To the blockers: you don't even need to cover the track, nobody wants your points.
For anyone consideration: my driver is stiil getting to the pro requirements. I'm trying, trust me. =)
Woohoo!?! Top qualifying Contimental Driver!?! Qualified 20th, though . . . Looks like no points again.
How do 2 people who haven't managed better than 16th this season finish 1st & 2nd? Not even a favourite track! Utterly dumbfounded.
Decent risks and the tyres suit the track. A little lucky on pit stops? This season has thrown up a number of different winners. Or is simply that so few people are pushing for promotion, that midfielders have been able to steal points?
I was champion in AMA with just 78 points and 1 win. It happens every now and again.

Maybe that combination, but pretty lucky to run high risks and not got any/many DMs. I only had one in that race but it cost me 8 seconds... wtf.
Perhaps the temperature suited Dunnos massively but everyone else on Dunnos were running low risks. That's the only explanation I can think of!
True. I noticed on the high temperature tracks, Kovack got his two wins and there were several Contimental drivers in the points those two times. My best result was 10th at that instance. I'm hoping the next race is hotm I have no money left to repair. No points at next race, then I'll likely relegate this season.

I'm low on funds and have been slowly building my car up after a lot of downgrades I made last season in order to stay positive. My driver's good very good though so I saw an opportunity in this race and took it, rest of the season I've been sandbagging until my car was at least capable of competing.
By the way, I didn't have a TD for that race either.

Thanks for the insight David, well done on a good result!

Woohoo!?! A points finish and fastest lap!?! But damnit Twig!?! Think you just did enough to retain. Great work.

Cheers Stuart! Well done on some points, it might be enough if a few people above stay in negative, hard to know what their plans are though...
I thought you were going to catch me at one point, and 5th/6th between two 0-pointers would've been an important battle due to several people on 4pts in the standings, but luckily for me I got my boost laps just before you got really close.
Hope it will be enough, but this group is quite unpredictable, so won't be counting my chickens just yet!

Congratulations Stathis. With just one win, you've been steady through the season and are looking set to become champion. Just 2 point will confirm this, but you are certain to promote. Good Luck.

thanks Stuart,i hope the best for you

What a tremendous victory, Billy! Promotion in the last race it's fantastic. Congrats!
