Hi all, if my driver has just raced and his energy is lets say 4%, will it effect his practice setup Q1 Q2, if i try and do it while his energy is low, or should i wait to do setup when its back up to around 100%.
Thanks in advance to any replies. :o)

The answer is in game rules.

If your driver is %4 his Energy will not go to 100% before next race you can do Spa training to boost it up though witch mite see he close to 100%

Thanks Jensen and everyone

If your driver used that much energy in rookie, you should probably lower your risks a lot. Spa training is a waste of money in rookie, too, since it's easily possible to score good results with low to no risks.

Using spa is a waste of money and training for your driver. Like Jen mentioned lower your risks. You really shouldn't be in that situation at Rookie level.

Driver energy is a BAD, BAD idea. This change everything in matter of strategy. I really don't like this change... :(

Is changing strategy in a strategy game really a bad thing?

Energy=makes the game like Major League Baseball(American) and football(American) the teams with the most money and best players dominate the league while the lower guys are stuck fighting for the pride of not finishing last in the division. Yippie

Yippie No different to pre-energy seasons. The guys with the best cars and drivers can afford to consistently run high CT, thereby consistently finishing well and earning more money to continue the cycle. Energy has actually made it cheaper to race because most people are no longer getting the high wear associated with high risks.

if i try and do it while his energy is low, or should i wait to do setup when its back up to around 100%. This seems like a simple Yes or No question. Yet nobody has answered it, so it seems.

It's been answered a long time ago :)
The energy level will not affect the driver pace in practice, qualifying and testing
