Well... it´s my time to get 1.000 Races in GPRO.
Impressive number. lot of time here...
There´s an achievement for that???

Just noticed I've hit the 1000 race mark, shame I've never made it above Pro :(

This Friday.... 1000th race.
Don't know how I feel about it tbh, it seems to have flown by.
11 years (nearly)
1000 races
59 seasons
1608 points
Only missed 2 races in that time.
I'm a lot wiser than I was when I joined, and a lot less argumentative :)
I'll post again just before my 2000th race ;)

Actually I have 999 races in my career, but qualify to next race already done, so if Vlad suddenly does not close GPRO, I will join this club for few hours :)
My path to this place wasn't nothing special, even never touch Master group yet, but many of us know that play even in lower group gives joy. I had highs and lows motivation for playing but I'm still here :) and constantly get to know something new in game. I met here many wonderful people. Spent here 7905 hours (OMG It's almost whole year logged in, over decade from register) :)
I think I have to go back into real life a bit ;)

Apparently it was my 1000th race on Tuesday last week. I retired from last place whilst 6 laps off the lead. Hopefully #2000 goes a little better.

My 1000th race was Silverstone S77R01.

Only a quarter of the way there with race number 250 at the start of this season!

Looks like I hit the 1000 race mark some time last season. In that time I have never missed a race, ignoring my first season when I started the game in mid season. 1000 consecutive races. yes I think we should have a dinosaur award for that. Something for people to shoot for.
Looks like only 365 people are ahead of me for number of racers. Congrats to all of them and my friend Hans Mortsjo who is #4 of all time. Go Hans go.

After 5 years playing GPRO, the next one will be my #500 race, halfway and far from the 1000 race mark.
So, my respect and greetings to all of you who have already reached this incredible mark!
In about 5 years I hope to return here to celebrate my # 1000 race as well. ;-)
