It should be permissible to transfer an amount to managers within the team, even if tiny.
A manager has money he will not need, will reset next season and cannot help a fellow. Any million would already be useful for those trying to promote.

If this type of suggestion was implemented, not only would it allow for poor management techniques but it would be super easily exploited. You could exploit it to escape taxes, dump money towards managers in the higher leagues, and probably do some other things I haven't thought of yet.
Imagine having nine managers in amateur supporting one manager in elite. It would be impossible to compete against that elite manager unless you also employ that same strategy.

Makes 10 accounts in Rookie, send 30M from each account to the leader at start of season. Leader has 300M and destroys his group. That took me 5 seconds to think of, you should think further about your ideas.

I'll add to what George said that the suggestion doesn't solve any apparent unbalances or issues present in the game, either; but the openness for abuse + rewarding poor management alone are reasons enough not to support this suggestion.

@Antonio Guzzo (A90) sorry but they are right, it would encourage people to create double accounts and would give an unfair advantage.

To be part of a team is already a way to share money based on a team performance. Everything else has been said by the others.

You have been playing the game for at least 150 races (based on your stars) and mist surely have heard about double accounts (DA's).
Although not very common there a quite few managers that like to cheat the system, and there are many documented (and many more not documented) cases od DA's. There is one that had 8, yes eight, DA's.
Both of us live in Latin America and both our countries are positioned on the lower half of the countries with lower corruption, so we know that people cheat. (Don't worry DA's come from all countries not only the corruption free countries).
This subject has been talked about before, and maybe before you joined, but it has been discussed.
George, Eoin and Flo made clear points why it is not such a good idea, the rest have taken it more on the funny side of it, mostly because the reasons mentioned are compelling enough.
Even tiny as you say (What is tiny? 1 million? 2 million) is enough to change the outcome and give another manager a big boost). Just think of this, the guys that have a perfect setup calculator can save close to 7million in a season, and that makes a difference).
By insulting your critics you have almost closed all your opportunities for further discussion.

Team mates can help you by giving tips and data etc, but in my opinion each manager must do it on it's own at the end.

No because then big powerful teams would ask lower managers to give money to their title campaign. That makes them even more OP for no reason

Apart from the collaboration of data, the extra money you already get from the team points , discussing race strategy to name a few
I know I am terrible at money management in this game , but I don't call for changes because of it :)

I absolutely dislike this suggestion because of the possibilities to fraude the system.
However I was wondering about the finacial system as well.
Due to lack of time I have not searched the forum to find out if it has been suggested in the past.
I would like to know if there has been a topic about a so called fan based system, like selling t-shirts and such. Ofcourse this would and should be team based and divided.
