I have a pilot with 90 average level in Rookie (85max). If I promote at the end of season and I want to revew his contract now, it is posible to renew it if he is now at 90? Or I'll have to wait to be in amateur to renew the contract?
You cannot renew a contract while in Rookie if the pilot overall is over 85. That's why experienced managers suggest that we extend them immediately after signing pilots. However, if you have a pilot with 90 and don't want to lose him, there are some things you can do to reduce his overall to 85, mainly by lowering his motivation, then you extend the contract and hope you promote
and no also. if your driver has alot of motivation you can get enough negative balance to stay -15m balance after race which will drop motivation to 0. if your driver doesnt have motivation, promotion or driver change is your option.
but in this case your driver must stay below the limit after last race if you dont promote.
