Let those promoting keep their 7-lvl car, but the rest save money with 3-lvl.
Or let us not buy technical directors--another explicit and simple way of saving cash :)

I should be up too, at least this is the plan. My only concern is tyre choice, given my balance. So I'd say I'm aimed to the 4th. :)
