The non-stop crew got rewarded today, brave decision but could easily have ended with 0 points.

It doesn't matter now, even if it rains from here until the end you and Celso will finish 1st and 2nd because of the strategy. Was a good decision :)

Frustrating part is I did not have any parts close to failing...it was a random....

I care more about the points in the standings, don't want you running away with the group win :)
Your car will get slower as the laps tick down but if it rains again you gain another lap.
btw I hope I don't lose my engine now :/

If what discussed on chat before the race is accurate I don't think we'll be seeing Livina on GPRO again.
It's an interesting battle for those 3 promotion spots, lots of financial issues at the top of the leaderboard too.

Last season I won a race by getting lucky in the rain, this race it went the other way which is annoying because my car was great all race, 2nd was damage limitation. Congrats to Celso for your first win, the strategy was bang on.

I've had a chance to check my race analysis and found out I lost 2 minutes and 6 seconds in the wet laps (that includes the time gained by being on wets), I finished 1 minute and 32 seconds off the lead which hurts.

Terrible Q2 but I've made some changes to my car and look forward to racing through the pack tomorrow evening.

Well....my no stop for rain strategy clearly bit me in the ass today.....-14 on two DMs....thats pretty impressive....

You're not the only one with bad luck, I pitted for new wets lap 36, the rain stopped lap 37. 2 wins gone in 2 races because of the weather.
btw not pitting was never going to pay off with a pitlane any shorter than Indy's.

Bad luck in the middle of the race turned into good luck, if the rain had stopped one lap later Sergey wouldn't have needed a last lap stop but I wouldn't have needed the second stop. It all equals out (except for some blocker laps).

Nice table. Wouldn't change much. It's going to be a very tight end of season!

This race could be interesting because of the difference between Q1 and race weather. The harder compounds could gain up to a second a lap on the XS just because of the track warming up. Hard overtaking this race too, I expect a few trains... :D

I'm surprised to see Sergey Erushevich and Sotirios Troupas not starting this race, both have been scoring decent results recently. Only 28 cars on the grid is surprising too, I don't remember that few racing in amateur before.
6 on wets and 22 on slicks, I'm not sure which option is the gamble today.

Agreed...I found those two not making it strange.....its a bummer. Never like to see people not make the race. I think it is 100x more exciting to have a full field.....

Looks like we're going to be racing each other all night again :)
Balazs' promotion chances took a bit hit with the start crash but if you play with fire you're going to get burnt eventually (I think a few of us have been riding our luck this season!).

I want to promote, that objective didn't change. I had some bad races lately, but I'm now fully into accessing promotion zone. And win the cup :)
