Lewis Hamilton has been given an MBE in New Years Honours List.. Is this a fore-runner to Bernie's medals? :-)

The headmaster of my old primary school has just retired after 25+ years in charge, he is receiving an OBE/MBE (not sure which)

Thats because its a very rare thing for an englishman to go above and beyond the call of duty ;)

The MBE stands for
acheivement or service in the community of a reasponsible kind which is outstanding in field or very local hands on service which stands out as an example to others
Jacks right ,friend of mine got one a few years ago well done lewis
for being outstanding in his feild and standing out as a good example to others and being hands on .

How on god's green earth did he get an MBE????
Did they give Nigel Mansell one when he first won a world championship? No.
Did they give Damon Hill one when he won the world champsionship? Yes, but not straight away!
I think the Queen *spit* is running out of worth while people to give it to...

The only gold medal I had was from my daughter at christmas.... untill I unwrapped it and ate the chocolate :D
