I'd love to see something similiar to the light race screen applied to the whole interface. Mobile/tablet friendly but also office friendly when the boss is around :p
A lot of work though.

The new design with very limited movable stuff is just awful.
What's the point of having an ability to move 3 boxes anyway, making someone feel better as "they can fully customize the looks?"

I never used the new office, apart from when they forced you to with no option to change back. Its much easier on my phone, and my iPad. ;)

I have an idea how to move those few blocks in the new design, screenhot, print it, roll it into a ball and shove it up your ass.
In any order you want.

Would it be possible to see how many people used this compares to the old one?

I have moved most of my boxes around so I've nothing to complain about. I hardly train driver and so on so that box is at the bottom.

No, joking aside, I do train him but I stop because his contract expires before the end of the season and I cannot renew his contract because his overall exceeds Rookie! I have a way to get him back but it may not work...

If you're looking forward promoting next season, then there's an easy, obvious and radical solution to keep your driver. I don't see why it shouldn't work :)

No, he runs out of contract before season and I may not be able to get him back! Depends on different factors tbh...

I use the old..I was so use to it as it was there when I started and never gave the new style the chance to get adjusted to it..besides I'm old and we old timers like to run together

Well, just get his OA below the Rookie border... From his overall above 100 to 85? I also would like promotion too! :P

Just so you know, a full motivation drop doesn't remove 15OA. It actually removes a bit more.
Not sure if it's FOBY though, so if it is, please remove this.

I've never ever seen a 101OA driver with 0 mot in Rookie. That's truly impossible. And potentially useless too.

That may very well be correct.I don't know his drivers stats although he did sign that driver last season and had during the reset so you know between seasons some stats had changed and some have changed throughout this season..how much if any motivation he has I don't know. nor do I know if he can or not resign only he would know unless he tells others those stats..That's why I said assuming its due to motivation and useless it may be and there are drivers who I feel are useless at times for what I want to achieve and sure you may feel the same..by the way I didn't look at what oa his driver had just that he said was over 100.He is in a team so I would assume he/they would know if he can resign or not

Not the best of ideas, you will lose the 5 million bonus for racing all races.

Bonus - offer fees - signing fee +/- salary difference +/- prize money differential and maybe sponsor differences.
I would never encourage missing races, but is never as simple as $5m. Is probably more like $2m or $3m and that's just initially and assuming you sign a similar or better driver.
Do you know exactly the stays you need in a driver to be fast? Will your unknown new driver be predictable so you can make an accurate season plan?
Think about it more.

That would mean intensive testing and pushing conc if it's not that high, or doing another training.
And unless he's really good for Amateur, you'll need to train him, and that means losing him rather quickly, which isn't a good idea if you want to stay more than 2 seasons.
