Guys, is rookie, a good advice is what needs to step on something greater, don't spoil the fun of it, on developing, and research from here.
Remi, start from here and keep the info, and research from yourself, your needs!!!

Remi, try the link above from the GPRO Wiki. You can find a lot of good info on the Wiki, Newbie guide an Game rules. Some of it is in French as well.

At the moment you Upgrade to start a new season, the game gives you a sponsor of 10 races that pays 1 million as rookie? Or this is only for these groups?

Yes that is only for all rookies and at the start of a new season.

not sure what your upgrading but 1st sponsor in rookie was 1 million for me however when i contracted a second sponsor they were always under a million..now that may be different for others

ive got one how long does it take noemally to get a new sponsor its been 6 races know and i have had no sponsor for two of them , yes i have 4 on the line lost one and now have only three

What you're doing at the moment is NEGOTIATING with more than 1 or 2 sponsors hence the progress is very slow.
Here's a quote from Newbie Guide which should be helpful. The ones that signed are YOUR sponsors, with others you negotiate.
Newbie guide: "Sponsors
When you join the game you are given a sponsor for 10 races worth 1 Million per race. This is also the case in Rookie after a season reset. It is up to you to get additional sponsors in place.
It is quicker to negotiate with just a single sponsor at a time as this will progress faster. You will be asked various questions by your sponsors during the course of a negotiation. You should make sure that you answer their questions before the next race, otherwise the negotiation won’t progress at all. It is also recommended to negotiate with sponsors that do not negotiate with any other managers as if another manager closes a deal with a sponsor the negotiations with all other managers are canceled.

You move up the ladder for a quite obvious reasons, more points than your opponents. If you look at your Season Standings,
/gb/Standings.asp?Group=Rookie%20-%20182
it should all be clear, you're some points behind 5th, so to get infront you have to win more points. I think that's the point of the game. I recommend reading the rules if you missed something out. ;)

Does anyone know of a hierarchy for which parts for the sponsor are more attractive?
Obviously the nose may be the "best" for a sponsor, but is there anything else or an order? Or are they all the same?
