You are probably the only one feeling like any sort of winner after this game :P
I knew when to run away :P

Hannu - I tried to kill you on night 1 also :)

I tried to talk him out of it though, said it was too obvious.

Interesting how both I attacked tried to kill me. Was it for the famous WIFOM: "Would I kill someone so obvious?"- thing? :)

You on night 1, then Joe on night 2 (but I blew myself up instead) :(

I still feel like a winner:+)
Toni, Mikko, Iain, Chris W:+) To be honest it was very hard - in the end I had only 3 people who I was sure about - Hannu, Daryl and Tim. And they killed my townie-friends, bastards:+)
Scums - why I was alive?:) You should kill me after I claimed my role, and that I'm lynchproof:+)

which would have been a good choice (I think)

To be honest your play with such powerful role was so crappy that wasting a NK on you would be funny. :)

Chris would've blown Tomasz and then Chris would've known what alignment Mikko was probably. So not a bad choice at all.

Very funny, realy very funny:+) It might be at the beginning, but in the end it wasn't so funny, I think...:+))

I don't think it mattered who they killed as long as it wasn't Michael.

FINAL VOTE COUNT
Michael (2) : Bart, Patrick
Not voting: Michael
HAPPY ENDING?
This world has gone mad, they thought. But maybe it was true. They met at the lobby but Michael was nowhere to be seen. After long discussion they decided to kill Michael as he didn't arrive as he should've arrived. This didn't bother one of them... It was clean job, Michael was still taking a nap and there was rope nearby. Bart was pulling the legs as Patrick was pulling the rope around Michaels neck.
Michael Zarwalski / Trud Silipan (Personal Assistan) has been lynched!
Sadly enough after they had drawn life out of Michael, Patrick took a thread gun from his backpocket and shot Bart as he was watching him. No need to tell that Bart made his last mistake helping Patrick to kill Michael.
Now Patrick is finally alone... But he does need to think about was it worth it. Last human alive and no human civilization in 50 light years from here. Only those wicked spiders...
THE END
I will write some kind of summary after I have come from disc golfing.

Okay, now I'm "finished".
This was very experimental game and I wish you enjoyed it at least for few days. I'll start with roles, I decided to have few "ultrapower" characters and townies who had to decide which side they would follow. Almost every character had additional information about something, but mostly pure crap without claims.
Roles:
Scum roles: (5)
Mikko - Tomas Nau, one-shot unlynchable. Chris C - Anne Reynolt, mafia investigator, linked with Michael. Toni - Ritser Brughel, basically hobo(lynchable), had chance to hear what kind of actions people used. Tomasz/Iain - Kal Omo, bodyguard. Was guarding Toni (not Mikko as scum claimed) Patrick - Rei Ciret, goon. Nothing special
3rd party: (1)
Chris W - Jimmy Diem, mad bomber. Had a chance to die instead of killing someone.
Town power roles: (6+2)
Jan - Pham Nuwen, cop and one-shot nightkill vig. Bart - Ezr Vinh, hero, last voter would've died instead. Tim - Benny Wen, barkeeper (doc). Michael - Trud Silipan, personal assistant, whatever Anne investigated was "leaked" by Michael. Joe & Iain - Rita Liao & Jau Xin, couple. Consider as masons.
Jouni - Quiwi Lisolet, hidden ability to reveal Mikko if investigated by Pham. Aleksej - Floria Peres, chance to get kidnapped by Toni if "investigated"
Town pure vanillas: (3)
Just to keep odds on the town.
My opinions about this game:
This game was fun. My idea was that either scum or town power roles would've gotten a "party" that would've believed them until the very end. Too bad it was scum who took the lead and were way too brilliant for townies. Maybe with four scummies it would have been more just if the scum players would've remained the same.
What happened during the game:
DAY1: Joe was lynched. Too bad for his mason buddie. Now he had restriction to vote only for those who voted for Joe. But there was plenty of scum there too.
NIGHT1: Tim protected Hannu and both scum and Chris W wanted him dead. You can call Hannu the luckiest guy on mafia games. Chris C investigated Jouni, now scum knew who's vanilla. Jan investigated Tomasz.
DAY2: Iain got himself modkilled by voting lousy :/ Jan was lynched, this was major drawback for the town. But show must go on.
NIGHT2: Scum targeted Tim, so long doc. Chris W targeted (at that point) Joe but got killed instead. That was unfortunate... for Chris W. Chris C investigated Michael, too bad for Michael.
DAY3: Toni was lynched, one scum down. Too bad it was a "surrender"
NIGHT3: Scum targeted Joe(replaced) Chris C investigated Michael again.
DAY4: Mikko was on the block but had his one-shot unlynchable.
NIGHT4: Chris W(replaced) was killed.
DAY5: Iain(replaced) was lynched. Second scum down.
NIGHT5: Hannu was killed. Luck doesn't last too long. Town was already in deep shit.
DAY6: Mikko was lynched, but not because Iain was lynched before. He just didn't have his powers any more.
NIGHT6: Daryl was killed.
DAY7: Chris C was lynched. Town had now some chances.
NIGHT7: Tim(replaced) was killed.
DAY8: Michael was lynched. Bye bye town. Scum wins.
So what?
I think this was fun game to make and there was some brilliant moves and stuff. Scum was too clever this time... Or maybe town was stupid :)
Tho' it was boring that you couldn't kill anybody on first night! Geh!
Thank you all for playing. I won't be making this complicated games in the near future. I have better plans. Simple game with wicked characters.

Lukas/Iain - Kal Omo, bodyguard Tomasz, not Lukas:-)Quote ( Tero Tidenberg @ August 5th 2008,21:39:34 )
NIGHT1: Tim protected Hannu and both scum and Chris W wanted him dead. You can call Hannu the luckiest guy on mafia games. Chris C investigated Jouni, now scum knew who's vanilla. Plus I investigated Tomasz:-)
The reason why I thought that Tomasz/Iain was a doctor was the fact that when Tim claimed a doctor Iain immediately asked if it was not a way to make the doctor role-claim. Plus I thought that Tero was mean and wanted me to kill a townie after getting a scum result:-)

Truth.
You missed a few points here....

Add: Unfortunately for the sake of the game, Jan blurted out his investigation report *after* he was instalynched. Where's a forum mod to lock the thread when you need one.....

DAY3: Toni was lynched, one scum down. Too bad it was a "surrender"
Replace with: Toni decided to break the game further, and suicided. Up until this point, we had a chance at a perfect game. If we would have lynched town at this point, we would have won with all 5 scum left alive. Also, if Hannu had died night 1, we would have won even with Toni's suicide.
Other problems with the game: inactivity on the part of the scum killed our chances for a "fair" win on day 5. We were sitting at insta-1 for all of thursday, but couldn't get Mikko or Chris C online to hammer it. Hard luck. I'm told that the same was the case wednesday evening, but with myself missing.
Overall: Good game, we were *very* scared at the beginning about what roles would be on the town side, looking at 5 scum with our abilities. Good thing Michael was put into a position where he needed to claim on day 2, so he wasn't in a position to verify any other claims. Lost us our spy, but we didn't need that role too much, because all the power roles were discovered early.
As it turns out, lynching Bart instead of Mikko wouldn't have been all bad for us, as long as one of us wasn't the last voter, beause it wouldn't have proved Mikko wasn't mayor (or we could have argued it that way, at least).

I tried to make this game as balanced as possible, but with that addition that everyone would have to be on toes on every second. It would have been boring just to add normal roles and then wreck the "story".

I was not going to pretend like I'm playing a fair game after what happened.
Get over it instead of crying a river about it.
