Hey there,
Just came by to inform there will be a vacant spot on Victorious Secret really soon so there's a good opportunity for you to step in as the new face of our brand. We have an exclusive partnership with our sponsor Victoria's Secret which provides us with a monthly supply of their newest lingerie. We would like to do business with you, we are looking for a store manager who can help with our excess of stock since we do not sell stuff so well.
Meanwhile you may also notice we have a GPRO team and our sponsor has agreed to place their models on our grids at the start of the races if we win a team title in the next 5 seasons.

Now i'll start to get a bit more serious, that team title in the next 5 seasons is a real goal and is targetted so we are looking for someone that can perform an average of 4/5 team points (nor race points) per race minimum in a short time.
You might not know yet but this current vacancy is due to insuficient activity of a manager of ours. You might not be familiar with this as most teams are more tolerant regarding activity but we have strict policies regarding manager activity. We require a minimum of 40 posts on the team fórum per season and Skype chatroom activity. If you're a commited player this shouldnt be a problem for you.
One of our internal rules is that everyone is a GPRO supporter. We will only accept GPRO supporters as we have done so far in history. We keep the tradition of contributing actively to the development of the game.

What can you expect from us?
First of all, a group of managers who has agreed with the requirements we have stated previously.
Second of all, an active group of managers who help ourselves mutually and are focused on achieving our individual and collective goals. Skype activity is daily and off the charts and we keep the forum active every day.

What makes us diferent?
First of all we're 30 managers, not 10/20. Which means you have the opportunity to get to know more people and you'll find a lot of diferent people online everyday.
Second our strict policies are what keeps the team alive. Might be a bit pushy but im pretty sure if you're a serious guy you want to share team with serious managers.
Continuous research on key aspects of the game, we have a good R&D team and results are up for showing. I can tell from experience that planning a season with the resources this guys have can take hours but its very pleasing at the end when you see that things go as you plan.

Ahh its so cute that another team feel they want to mention us, isnt that just sweet of them but while some teams say Ahoy to planks of wood and you don't have to be active, in fact it doesn't matter if you even race 1 or 5 races its ok matey,
but dont worry - with our teams requirements i would bet the Victorious family of teams is one of the most active teams out there, not 8 or 10 out of 30 are active like some for us we have 30/30 active managers, skype chat well over 100+ messages daily so are you the next Victorious family member wanting to wear the pink livery and enjoy the lingerie models on the apps

And you made the most of it, storming to the front leading for 45 of the next 56 laps. You definitely deserved the win but Imre was certainly very fast, and in the end you just couldn't hold him back, beaten by just 2.5s
Congratulations Tianhao Chen on 3rd. And here we again with our old foe Tianhao! He promoted to the Master from this group in S71, but has had some bad luck and after only the 1 season, finds himself back in P7 again. And really, he just picks up where he left, with yet again another podium in this group. He was 6th on the grid, and jumped to 3rd after that opening lap. You were hardly off that podium from there but really was fighting hard to stay in touch with the top 2. That late weather change, certainly benefitted you the most and you so nearly snared the win

Yeah as expected, not much to write home about here. I knew it wouldn't be good, nowhere near any car match. My driver just cannot race in the wet either, so because of that, just a moderate push here. Only thing good about it was my pace in the dry, I was doing top 10 lap times there. So I just don't want anymore wet races please!

Would you like to see your name in some of this posts? Did you know Dean also does something similar to this internally? He does, every night after the race he spends hours and hours to make a resume of the races of our managers who finish in points. And we're not making life easy for him. For example, last night we had 17 out of our 29 managers in the points which means he had to go watch all our races and by the time he was done it was 7:32am :D

Hi all,
Victorious Family is looking for a new team member and I thought I’d share my feelings after being here for only 1 season.
It’s awesome! There is a lot of activity going on (thanks to 30 members), especially on Skype chat. There is a lot of discussion going on about strategy, plans,… but what makes it more fun is that there is a lot of joking around as well (in the team as well as outside the team ;)). Yes, there is a rule for minimum (forum) activity, but if you’re looking for an active team that shouldn’t be a problem at all. Being active also helps improve the team, and if the team gets better, you get better. Which makes the game even more fun…
The great thing with us is that if you have a question on Skype, you get an answer very fast. This due to the high activity and also because we have members from all over the world. So even at 4 am you might get an answer :)
The team can help you with any questions you have (though we expect a decent level of knowledge of the game), and can provide you with great tools.

Good morning,
You havent heard from us for a while in this topic but i should inform the recruitment phase remains open at this moment.
Its been 2 weeks since Mark last wrote in here and in the meanwhile there's been a lot going on including a great performance by one of our fellow members that assured him top spot in Elite race (for the 2nd team in our history).
@Peter Both (E) established the quickest ever race time in Zandvoort track to seal the win and the 10 points in Elite this season. Should mention that this wasnt done with a premium tyre brand and was the 20th edition of the Zandvoort GP.
This required a lot of hard work and dedication but its proof that our team work can take you as far as you dream in this game.

Hey there folks, you haven't heard from us officially for a long time. We haven't always been publicly advertising our recruitment but now we feel its time to reopen our recruitment for the public. In the aftermath of a mentally rough season for the whole team we feel its time to bring in some fresh blood and increase the positive vibes. Not much to add to the things mentioned above.
There is no specific deadline set or a specific number of places to apply for.
We also dont decide based on A vs B method on which we refuse B just because we accept A and there's no more spots in the team. We will evaluate all applications in an independant way.

You might have seen our 3 teams are currently full, but our long time player will step down once we have found a recruit. Also we are looking at removing a few managers that have just gone missing. They still race but that is all they do. We like a player to jump on skype, or on the forum occasionally, to show they are not a robot

Regarding communications we often use Skype but a move to Discord is being tested. However this process takes time as we're moving the whole family there.

OK guys it is that time again. We are about to lose a couple of members through some RL issues. I am sure you would have heard of us, we are virtually 3 teams into one. We always seem to get 2 of our teams, in or just outside that top 10 each season.

Hey there folks. We dont often write in here but at this point there is an opportunity for a talented manager to step forward and present to us. We are mainly looking for a chatty active manager who is determined to improve his game.
Victorious Family has a reputation for being one of the hardest working teams in the game with a vast database and resources available. Everything to make planning easier. What we would like to see is someone who loves the planning side of the game (or that at least shows interest in learning more about the planning side of the game). Dont be afraid to come up with stupid theories, we always enjoy debating the small details of the game.
We are also a solid top 10 team judging by the past 5 seasons where we've placed at least 1 of our teams always on top 10 without really pushing for it. This is the result of the collective development and the solid core of team members. You might notice our team members dont leave for other teams, when they leave its often due to retirement (its unfortunate but we cant control everything and most of times its real life taking over).
We do not impose you to be a player to score team points or to win the Elite title in X seasons, what we want to see is someone who can continuously evolve in the game and that has some ambition to take a step forward.
It doesnt really matter if you're an amateur or an Eliter, what matters is the plan behind it. Are you in Master/Elite just for the sake of being there or do you have any actual purpose on it? Are you relegating on purpose to build yourself stronger in the lower class or are you relegating because you reached a point where you simply cannot go any faster? Are you high/low on finances due to investment (or lack of it)? Do you plan drivers on short / long term?
