I don't believe thisssss!!

Same thing is happening again in rookie 167. A manager who didn't take part in race 1 has -by far- the best driver of all rookies. I still call it a bug, even if it seems ok for admins.

As you said " he has the best driver of all rookies " , what i see is that usually super drivers at rookie level probrably are the ones coming from amateur, maybe a well trainned driver who lost overal meanwhile uneployed at amateur and then hit the 85 overal and then some luck manager happens to hire him in rookie, im always looking for these drivers

And just randomly gained 18 OA points without even racing?
I'd say there's some kind of broken mechanic here, as this probably shouldn't be possible. This time the driver didn't even have any previous employers...

It’s still not possible to gain that much OA from one test session??

Testing + trainning + contract extension

Just to note, tested 10 laps only.

IMHO max OA available from each of these is
2 + 3 + 4 = 9 and that is on the generous side. Now say there is a double extension
that would 85 + 4 + 9 = 98, still nowhere near to 103.

This has already been covered in this topic. Just read it; Jukka's posts in particular.
