Season 88:
Previous Season: Oh how bad was this! I tried to relegate the previous season but just survived. That made this season so hard. I had no money, no sponsors, and a driver just not good enough to compete in Master. I was always doomed before the season started. Easily my worst season since S69, funny enough, I also finished 31st then, and in M5

MY GOAL: OK time to rebuild. I have this driver just for 5 races. Hopefully he can get me those early retention points, and then I will replace him for a development driver. I will then spend the next 3 seasons here. I need to rebuild my cash flow, that quickly got consumed in Master

R1 Montreal............19th....6th 40CT Well a lot better than expected. I fueled heavily and just had to wait for the rain to come. Most did not do this, and done an extra stop
R2 Interlagos............5th..16th 40CT Well I presumed most would go with 3 stops, but most went for just the 2. Plus I fuel short in my middle stint, causing yet another stop
R3 Laguna Seca........4th....3rd 40CT Whiting start was perfect. Rain was only for 3 laps and I went from 14th to 1st. Never looked like losing the podium from there
R4 Adelaide............11th...10th 40CT I expected a lot better, but I am starting to downgrade the car. I need to improve my bank balance and this is the best way to do that
R5 Silverstone........16th...14th 40CT It was a full wet race and my driver loves the wet, but my car level is too low now. Driver has left me and the search is on for a new one
R6 Jerez................36th...27th 35CT NEW DRIVER So a new adventure begins. I will spend another 3.5 seasons here in P18, until I promote back to Master in S92
R7 A1 Ring.............33rd…20th 35CT A good car match but I am still shocked as to how well he raced here. Next race no match, let’s see what happens there
R8 Bremgarten.......36th...28th 37CT I could not be happier. Driver still sits only 36th best on the OA list. Car level I sit only 30th best. Plenty of room for improvement
R9 Grobnik.............32nd...31st 30CT Low CT because of some very worn car parts. Yet I was still able to finish a few spots higher than expected. Just continue building
R10 Fiorano.............32nd...25th 30CT Driver keeps surprising me. I had a small match here, but still could not push hard. Expected to finish 30th, so 25th is awesome
R11 Paul Ricard........31st...27th 40CT Full wet race and I lowered the OR and DR, but yet still made 5 very big driver mistakes. Driver's talent is low, so not too bad a result
R12 Jyllands-Ringen.29th...23rd 35CT Qualifying is getting better, and I was only just over 1s, finishing in 19th. Just 3 very big driver mistakes proved very costly
R13 Hungaroring.....28th...22nd 40CT It looks like an average result, but this driver keeps surpassing my expectations. He is still well done on OA, and car level
R14 Baku City.........29th...20th 37CT I had a brilliant start early and got to 15th just before pitting. I came back out in 26th, and just got caught up in too much traffic then
R15 Yas Marina.......31st...26th 20CT Had to lower risks, so I can finish these remaining races without smoking. Money is getting low, but should end season with 17M

Season 87:
Previous Season: I was expecting 20 points for the season but a lot of cold races was not ideal for my Yoko tyre. Also my driver was just too old, in hindsight, I should have swapped him out early in the season. I did score 1 point, and found that would not be enough with 2 races to go, so hired a Pro driver and TD. In the end 1 manager above me finished only just in the negative, so I retained my spot in Master

MY GOAL: Survival!!! I have only a few sponsors, not much money, a very weak driver and TD. I will try and replace this driver but now I am in that crazy early market madness. I cannot see myself retaining here this season. I think I will try and play the season as cheap as possible and take some money with me back to Pro next season

R1 Poznan.............12th...11th Well a great result considering I will only get stronger with every passing race. Was blocked badly early but really only expected 15th here
R2 Serres..............16th...15th Very tough conditions. Wet, dry, wet, dry, and wet again. This really messed up my fuel loads, but in the end, I ran out of energy 5 laps out
R3 Imola..............22nd...25th Whiting start but in the end just too many wet laps. I was hoping for just 2 wet laps but we had 6. So caught up in the back half, and traffic
R4 Zolder..............20th...10th Easily best race of the season. Was storming home but just missed those points by 2s. Two big DM's cost me 15 places, tough from there
R5 Hockenheim.....14th...16th Very low CT but had good speed despite this. I had a rough chance for points, but a massive DM, cost me 11 places, I struggled back there
R6 Ahvenisto........20th...24th Still very low CT as I was unable to recoup all that energy from the earlier races. Just caught up in a lot of traffic in the back and held up badly
R7 Miami..............12th...11th Brand new track and surprised, qualified so well. Got even better to be 6th with just 9 laps to go. Disaster though later, pitting on very last lap
R8 Buenos Aries....24th...22nd Had a great match but the problem now is my car level is too low. I do not have much money and cannot increase my level to be competitive
R9 Brasilia............10th...23rd Whiting start worked out well with just 2 dry laps. Had me up to 5th early, but could not push. Trying to recoup energy from race before
R10 Estoril............18th...11th No match but got surprised by my pace. I did get as high as 9th but never looked like getting points. I have big doubts I can get these points
R11 Barcelona.......19th...14th Again a lot better then expected. But again nowhere close to those points. In the end I finished 20s short of 8th place, I will keep trying though
R12 Brno..............30th...29th A real shocker here, lap times were never in the top 25. So this is the final nail in the coffin, I will definitely relegate back to Pro after this season
R13 Monte Carlo....26th...28th No match, no speed, bad driver and very little money. All the reasons why I am returning to Pro to regroup. Just seeing out the season
R14 Istanbul.........15th...25th I have gained myself a Pro driver for the Pro next season. So these results will continue to be bad until I can get out of Master
R15 Singapore......33rd...32nd It has been a long time since I raced this badly. Let's just get these last 2 races done already and start racing in Pro
R16 Shanghai.......34th...34th Just when you think the season could not get any worse, it gets a little worse. Could not even get to 90% completion
R17 Baku City.......28th...33rd Time to reset and have some fun racing again. Pro here I come


Season 86:
Previous Season: I was struggling big time early in the season, even looking at drivers then to take back to the Pro with me. I got lucky in race 12, it was a wet / dry race, and I took a big risk and did not use the dry tyre at all. In the end that strategy gave me my first ever Master points, and even better. My first Master win

MY GOAL: I still have the same driver for all of this season. Last season was a big struggle, but this driver has got through that first Master season and should be a lot stronger from it. I scored 10 points last season, so I would hope I can double that here. 20 points for the season and this would be then, classed a successful season

R1 Kyalami..............8th....13th Best match of the season, and a little disappointed I couldn't get points. Very hot temperatures though, and definitely not good for Yoko tyre
R2 Rafaela Oval......26th....17th Worst match of the season, and I didn't think I could finish in the top 20. Some good slip streaming here and a better result than expected
R3 Austin...............11th....22nd I expected so much more here, but the car just lacked speed. My lap times were rarely in the top 20. I think I need to replace this driver
R4 Montreal............16th....16th Well a consistent race, I finished where I started. I got as high as 12th, but also ran as low as 22nd. Just not doing enough at the moment
R5 Kaunas..............18th....21st It's just going from bad to worse now. Very disappointing that I cannot even finish inside the top 20. Time for some major changes I reckon
R6 Magny Cours.......12th....8th I had a reasonable match here, but only predicted 18th finish. I think some here chose the wrong strategy and that allowed me to steal a point
R7 Nurburgring........10th...11th Favourite track but the temperatures were just too low to be competitive. I was never higher than 10th and finished 26s behind 8th place
R8 Brands Hatch......15th...23rd My worst race of the season! I had a small match too and predicted 15th. In the end though it was the cold temperatures again that hurt me
R9 Hungaroring.......24th...13th Whiting start strategy was a big gain for me here, but I was never expecting points. I get respectable finishes but I need I reckon 2 points
R10 Oesterreichring...26th...25th I know I didn't have a match but still expected top 20. It is just going from bad to worse now, and I really have grave doubts I can remain here
R11 Sakhir................24th...20th Tough conditions with wet and dry the whole race. Again, nothing to write home about. I never got above 19th but never ran lower than 24th
R12 Suzuka..............14th...12th Dry start with rain to come soon. Started on the wets but there was 6 dry laps before the rain started. I needed no more than 4 dry laps for points
R13 Jedda................24th...19th No surprise again, just cannot compete in Master. Time to relegate back to Pro and start the rebuild. Why spend money just to survive here?
R14 New Delhi..........16th...13th Wet and dry race, and went with the whiting start. The weather could not have played better into my hands, but yet still so far away from points
R15 Sepang..............28th...19th Terrible grid spot but I was doing just the 1 stop. So many went with 2 stops and was able to make good ground. Respectable finish in the end
R16 Sochi.................26th...33rd Demotivation race. I need to lose 52 points in these next 2 races to keep my driver for next season. I lost 25 points in this race
R17 Melbourne..........18th...30th Demotivation race. I have my Pro driver and lost some more moti points. But a guy above me finished in the red, and now I'm staying :(

Season 85:
Previous Season: Well it was always penciled in as my promotion season, but I certainly made hard work of it. Two bad Rookie mistakes mid season and I was struggling to stay in touch of the leaders. But a good solid run home and promotion was guaranteed after race 15.

MY GOAL: Only my second Master season ever, so I am not overly confident of remaining here. In that one season, I had a best result of 9th on 2 ocassions but have never scored a Master point. I have though learnt a lot from that one season and I feel an outside chance of maybe surviving, especially with 4 of us here from the Victorious Family

R1 Jedda………..........23rd...28th First time on this track, thought the tyres might struggle. But it was the fuel that hurt me, pitting 4 laps from home, dropping from 18th to 28th
R2 Irungattukottai....23rd...29th I discovered today, how much I am underdone here. I now know where I need to be, so that is my goal, to get there before the season ends
R3 Yas Marina..........14th...24th Best grid spot of the season and I had high hopes. I lost 6 places on the opening lap, and it all went backwards from there
R4 Yeongam............17th...29th I went into the race expecting a mostly wet race. I went with a full wet set up, but in the end we only had 15 wet laps.
R5 Fuji....................20th...23rd Best match of the season, and again I had high hopes to maybe finish inside the top 15. Car was just way too slow, and need to redo my plans?
R6 Indianapolis Oval.18th...20th Here we are 200 laps. Great promise early as I climbed to 13th, but that is where it ended. From there I just slowly went backwards
R7 Brasilia...............16th...17th Very similar to the previous race, when I quickly got to 13th. That is where I stayed until my only pit stop, then was rarely in the top 20
R8 Mexico City.........29th...34th RANDOM. Well that is it. Any chance of saving this season is truly gone now. Been slowly building motivation and lost a large chunk here
R9 Avus..................10th...10th My best chance for points here and I was quietly confident I would get them. In the end though, just got caught up in too many trains
R10 Jyllands-Ringen..10th...10th Favourite track and a good match. Again I thought points but no. Pushed as hard as I dare, and in the end I ran out of energy 6 laps from home
R11 Mugello.............14th...20th I never expected points here but was sitting 13th with 3 laps to go. I messed up my fuel strategy somehow though and had to pit for fuel
R12 Bucharest Ring...14th....1st Tough conditions with rain predicted on and off the whole race. Just made the bold call to not pit if the rain stops. In the end the strategy won
R13 Portimao.............9th...18th Just very slow here and 2 costly DMs didn't help. Retention is done though and I might as well wind things back and get ready for next season
R14 Grobnik............16th...22nd The weather was just too cold here for my Yoko tyres. A rather dismal display here with lap times rarely in the top 20. Dropped to 15th in the group
R15 Anderstorp........21st...21st I had a good match but yet my qualifying time was so much slower than those doing 1 stop less. I knew then that this was not going to look good
R16 Valencia.............7th...27th RANDOM. I messed up my strategy though, but should have finished around 17th. Tyre puncture forced me to pit again. Pity, car looked strong
R17 Slovakiaring......24th...20th Well I did expect to finish a bit higher, especially with 18 smokers. I didn't have a match and I guess that shows how crucial matching is

Season 84:
Previous Season: Well first season in Pro after my promotion, and always that first season is the hardest. I got myself a new driver after race 3, but then had to wait until race 14 until I finally got my retention points. It was a very open group in Pro last season, and there was 2 managers who finished the season with 5 points, but still got relegated

MY GOAL: This should be a lot easier season. And because I will lose my driver after race 3 in S85, I have decided to push for promotion. I have some big doubts though, as to whether my package is strong enough. We will see how the first half goes, I can always resort to plan B if promotion is not looking good

R1 Istanbul………....6th......3rd 45CT I had a good match here and opted to push hard. It was a good close race, I didn't win but only beaten by 4s. Promising start!!....103/101/109

R5 Jerez..............13th......8th 40CT Again I expected so much better. A poor qualifying for some reason, and then just caught up in too many trains..........................101/106/104
R6 Grobnik...........14th.....8th 40CT I just cannot understand why my qualifying has turned so bad. It just puts me back in the traffic and I get blocked for 20 laps........98/105/103
R7 Austin...............4th...35th 40CT Well any hope of promotion is gone now. I did not change the number of laps to wait for weather change. I had 20 laps there..........97/104/100
R8 Montreal..........12th...13th 50CT I though back to the points here but really struggled to pass anyone. Yet other cars seem to pass me with ease............................101/102/97
R9 Mexico City........4th.....2nd 45CT Back to where I should be. Tough conditions and wet with 75% wet set up. But in the end we only had 11 wet laps......................104/102/100
R10 Buenos Aires....5th.....3rd 40CT Good to see some consistency in my racing again. Back to back podiums and I get to within 19 points of that promotion zone........109/101/99
R11 Interlagos........1st.....3rd 40CT My third podium of the season, but got lucky. With only 3 laps to go, I was still only 5th, but then dramas for 2 in front of me........112/101/101
R12 Serres............21st.....7th 45CT Just so far back on the grid with my one stopper. Also badly blocked for the first 40 laps. So in the end not too bad a result..........115/101/101
R13 Bremgarten....22nd...10th 40CT One of my worst matches of the season, so in the end not too bad. Still only 14 points outside promo. Do I go for it?....................108/93/94
R14 Zolder...............1st.....1st 40CT It was a battle early dropping back to 3rd, before hitting the lead mid race. Then i had to hang on as a 8s lead was quickly reduced.112/93/94
R15 Sakhir..............2nd....2nd 40CT I pencilled in 2nd, just group leader too strong. He pipped me for pole and beat me in the race by 1s, but promotion is done.........110/92/93
R16 Baku City.........1st.....2nd 40CT I threw everything into this one, hoping to snare the win. But once again, there was a manager a little bit stronger.......................116/96/106
R17 Singapore........1st....13th 0CT Time to demotivate. So I raced here with 0CT, but yet lap times were inside the top 10. Only dropped 12 motivation points.............115/96/111

Season 83:
Previous Season: Well my best Amateur season ever, never have I scored so many points. And I never pushed hard, all no higher than 30CT for the whole season. Everything was looking good until 3 races from the end. I checked my driver, and found I had over trained him. The plan was to re-sign him after R2 for another 17 but my driver would end up 136OA. Oh so close but something I should have picked up earlier

R1 Hungaroring………...23rd...…..6th 40CT A whiting start and I made good gains there. Also just about a full wet race, and my driver's talent is 229.....................………....92/90/89
R2 Mexico City...……...22nd.....15th 40CT An early DM hurt as I fell back to 32nd. A hard to overtake track makes it hard to comeback from there. Still respectable result..91/89/88
R3 Indianapolis...……..21st......14th 40CT Final race for my driver and 2 very costly DM's, hurt me here. I lost 19 places in those 2 mistakes. Car is just too low I think......90/88/87
R4 Brasilia...……………..26th......25th 35CT NEW DRIVER!! Worked nicely through the field to 14th, but engine let go with still 21 laps to go. He shows good promise...……….89/85/86
R5 Yeongam……………..20th......18th 35CT I was expecting a bit more here, with a full wet race. I had a good car match and a driver with high talent. But?????...……………...88/83/84

R11 Zandvoort………….13th...…11th 50CT I thought good chance for points but just got held up by one person for the whole race. Finished only 9s behind 8th in the end....86/93/90
R12 Ahvenisto…………..25th.....13th 40CT A poor match and I was a long back on the grid. Not too bad, considering I was on the 1 stopper. I still need at least 2 points.....85/97/92

Season 82:
Previous Season: Retention was so easy, the hard part was to keep back from accidently promoting. I finished 7th and it could not have worked out better, with the top 6 promoting. I also secured my driver until race 3, season 83

MY GOAL: PROMOTION. Go, go, go, full on, and push hard. I could not be placed better. My driver is clearly the best one here on the OA list, and I sit in the top 4 on the money list. I really should score maybe 15 podiums and 5 wins, anything less, and I wont be happy. That should be enough to claim Group Champion

R2 New Delhi...………..1st....…..1st 30CT A mostly wet race and once I saw that forecast, I always knew I would win. Never really threatened and an easy 43s win...….……..83/89/82
R3 Baku City...………...3rd....….1st 30CT I never thought I would win this. I was just doing 2 stops but I was shocked so many were doing 3 stops...……………………………….…..86/87/85
R4 Singapore...………..2nd......2nd 30CT Tough track to overtake but yet only 8 of us went with the 1 stopper. Would have won but smoked the last 4 laps, lost by 1sec.....86/88/89

R6 Austin...……………...1st...…...1st 30CT It was 95% wet for this race and my driver just revels in the wet. I led for all but 3 laps and crossed the line 45s ahead of 2nd.....88/89/98
R7 Buenos Aires...…….1st...…...1st 30CT This one was all wet but a harder fought win than the race before. I only led for the final 11 laps and won by just the 7s...…………..93/88/97
R8 Adelaide...…………...1st...…...1st 30CT It was a wet start and I went in with a full dry set up. Luckily the rain stopped early and I charged from 16th to claim the win......97/88/96
R9 Paul Ricard...……….1st...…...2nd 30CT My 5th consecutive pole but no match for the winner here as I was beaten by 16s. At least I was still able to steal fastest lap……..95/87/98
R10 Valencia...………….2nd...…..3rd 20CT Big TCD here so I opted for the extra softs. In the end though, the tyres could not do it in 3 stints and another stop needed...…….93/83/97
R11 A1 Ring...…………..1st.......2nd 30CT A 2 horse race with manager in 2nd, the lead changing multiple times. Just pipped in the end by 3s but still lead him by 26 points93/85/95
R12 Monte Carlo...…….1st.......2nd 30CT Slipped back to 4th after lap 1, and lost 10s to the leader in 24 laps. Charged home from there but beaten by less than 0.5s........89/89/90
R13 Bremgarten…......1st...…..1st 30CT I did the 1 stopper and struggled to stay in front early, but then the 2 stoppers started to pit. An easy 29s winner in the end...…….91/90/94

Previous Season: Driver is still so young and inexperienced, so I had my doubts if I would get any points this season. In the end he got into the points in 3 races with his best result being a 5th in race 10. So I could not be happier with where he sits at the moment. Was also able to add 20M to the kitty, despite some average results

Previous Season: Well that was harder then expected. I expected so much more out of this season but it just turned out an expensive season, that really got me nowhere. I was only able to score points in 2 races and to just finish with the 7 points. Not good enough at all, and really has me looking at maybe replacing this driver

Group winner was way too strong, but luckily he backed off the last 2 races and I was able to get a win for the season. Maybe deserved more wins, considering I was on the podium 10 times. But I'm ecstatic with this result

Previous Season: Excellent, was able to re-sign my driver after race 5. Slowly improved from there, scoring 4 points in R11, another 4 points in R14, and then a powerful win in the final race of the season. I did spend a lot of money but had to really. Improving Staff and Facilities, and upgrading the car to a more competitive area. My best Pro season in 14 seasons!!

SEASON 66:
Previous Season: Everything worked out very well. I had to demotivate for the first 5 races, that allowed me to get the double sign up for my driver. From there he just got better with every race, in the end I had to sabotage a few strategies because he was getting too close to promoting. I finished 5th in the standings, just 1 point outside that promotion zone.

Previous Season: Everything worked out well. I was able to secure a cheap driver (3rd cheapest in this group), he has plenty of talent and is only 24 years old. A little bit older then I would like but that just means 1 less season amongst the Amateurs. He certainly does show great potential and I think he will be with me for many seasons.

Previous Season: Well that was a flop! it was suppose to be my promo season but it was clear by mid season, the top 3 were way too strong. I changed tactics mid season to make it a cash earning season and that worked out well. So disappointing I could not promote but still was able to turn it around to get a decent result!

SEASON 63:
Previous Season: I had to demotivate for the first 4 races so I could resign my driver. Once that was done, I was able to finish in the points in 9 of the next 13 races, but also finished 9th twice. In an expensive season, I made a small profit. I was also able to continually improve my driver without using any spa training.

Previous Season: I recruited that driver just before race 5 and he has built up nicely during the season. So fats that he was able to collect 4 points in the last 3 races and an easy retention for me. A best finish of 7th, which I did twice. Also increased by bank balance by 11M

Previous Season: Relegation! I failed miserably at survival here. I recruited a new driver before race 4 and quickly signed him up for 17 races. I soon found out, he was worst than the driver I had in the Amateurs and it would have been too costly to break his contract. My season was doomed from there and I could only salvage a best finish of only 12th

Previous Season: Promotion! Well I achieved my main objective. I didn't win the group but finished a very respectable 2nd and clinched promotion with still 2 races to go. Did not make much money but was able to build on my Staff and Facilities. Also able to snare 3 wins for the season, so all up, a very successive season.

Previous Season: I signed my driver after race 3 and my old driver had 7 points by that stage. I knew that was more then enough for retention so I got myself a very young, inexperienced driver but he does show great potential. He is also very cheap and I was able to add more than 25M back into my account.

I had my old driver in the first 3 races and he was suppose to score at least 10 points in that period but that didn't happen and I was forced to push hard at the season end.

Previous Season: Well it went exactly as I expected. I lost my driver after race 3 but I had gathered 6 points and this was to be enough to guarantee my return. I found myself a promising driver and spent the rest of the season building him up and I also was able to do plenty of testing. His OA was climbing to fast and I had to put a hold on the testing for awhile.

MY GOAL: My driver is already 133 OA and I will monitor this closely until after race 3. I will then have the double sign up done and be able to go full racing again. My driver will have 0 motivation, so my biggest task here will be to build that up. I expect to collect maybe 25 points and easily retain.

Previous Season: Well no where near promotion last season but that was really no surprise. It was my second best Pro season ever so not too bad I guess.

MY GOAL: I will lose my driver after race 3 but I will have the second best driver in the group so I should be able to gather enough points to retain. I will then replace him after race 3 and try and train him up for at least 2 seasons for maybe another push towards the Master. My biggest fear this season will be trying to keep the sponsors happy. I don't expect to be anywhere near the points after race 3.

SEASON 50:
Previous Season: I had hoped to finish inside the 15 with at least 20 points. I ended up 14th with 17 points, so maybe just a little under par. I did have 2 consecutive first lap accidents that took me out off both races. I really struggled in building my driver's motivation.

MY GOAL: Promotion was my goal but because I was unable to boost my driver's motivation last season, I believe that promotion could be out of reach. I will race hard in these early races but I know I am up against managers that already have full motivation. I might be chasing the top runners in the back half of this season after what I would imagine will be a tardy start to the season.

R2 Mexico City...................17th.....23rd 89CT I am dumbfounded as to why he is so slow. To cap it off I was 9 litres short of fuel to complete the race.
R3 Buenos Aires.................19th.....23rd 0CT Interesting with absolute no risks, I get a similar result to the last race, where I pushed nearly to the max.

Previous Season: Well I recruited myself a promising driver after race 3, and after some slow progress early he is now starting to be a bit more competitive. I was able to put him through 8 testing sessions last season and he has also gained a big improvement on his stamina

R14 Ahvenisto..................11th......7th 99CT It's good to be in the points again. Some much needed motivations gain as well.
R15 Brasilia.....................11th.....13th 99CT Yeah got held up badly with some back markers. Motivation was 95 before this race, dropped to 80 after this result.

Previous Season: Well I did achieve my promotion but I really didn't expect to have to fight so hard to get it. Promotion was not guaranteed until the 2nd last race of the season. Still it enabled me to have my best Amateur season I have ever had in this game.

MY GOAL: I had to push for too long last season and now with only 3 races left with my driver, I cannot get his OA down low enough to resign him. So I will have a new driver by race 3. I hope to score enough points in these first 2 races to hopefully retain.

R6 Istanbul.................30th.....20th 80CT I pushed a bit harder, trying to keep the sponsors happy but it appears to early to push yet.
R7 Bucharest...............34th.....29th 0CT Frustrating time of my build because I cannot allow my driver to improve too quickly. Still 13 races to go before re-sign.
R8 Mugello..................35th.....23rd 40CT My car parts allowed me to increase my risks here but it is all a waste of time with my driver's skills so low.
R9 Hungaroring...........32nd.....25th 0CT Boring part of the game, just biding my time until I can push a bit harder next season.
R10 Fuji......................29th.....19th 70CT Because parts allowed me I push a bit harder here to get my best finish with my new driver.

R12 New Delhi.............26th.....21st 35CT I increased the car slightly here to be 13th on the list but obviously, my driver still needs a lot more training.
R13 Yas Marina............33rd......7th 70CT Messed up Q1 but with my favourite track I was able to overtake 26 cars. Oh what could have been.
R14 Yeongam..............24th.....10th 80CT I have gathered a bit of motivation lately and maybe that has given me a good result here. Best race for my current driver.
R15 Adelaide...............18th.....17th 0CT Well this wasn't suppose to happen. I'm trying to lower his motivation but he gained 21 here. Must smoke last 2 races.
R16 Hockenheim.........34th......17th 0CT I tried to lose some motivation here but other managers just started smoking before me. Only lost 7 motivation points.

Previous Season: I was able to re-sign my driver after R3 and during this season I was able to get my driver testing 9 times. Also significantly improved my Staff and Facilities to match those in the Pros. So all my goals were achieved for this season.

MY GOAL: Promotion is a must here. I have the third best driver OA and I am also the third richest manager in this group. I will lose my driver after R3 next season so I must race hard this season. I hope to get close to winning this group but will not be spending heaps of money to do it. I expect to finish 2nd this season.

R1 Singapore.................4th.......1st 60CT Surprising win in very changing conditions. Will still push hard in these early races to boost driver's motivation.
R2 Istanbul...................4th.......4th 50CT Disappointed that I didn't reach the podium but I wonder what CT those above me used.
R3 Estoril......................1st.......5th 50CT While those above me push the limit, I must be patient and look at the bigger picture.
R4 Magny Cours............3rd........1st 50CT Upgrade a lot of my parts, spending over 20M but it seems worth it.
R5 Barcelona.................4th......10th 40CT Excessive wear on cooling caused smoking car for nearly half the race.
R6 Brands Hatch............4th.......2nd 40CT The perfect race with no DMs. Winner was just too strong today.
R7 Zolder.....................3rd........3rd 50CT Nearly the perfect race. I took a big risk starting on wets in dry conditions but it just rained longer then predicted.
R8 Fiorano....................4th........5th 40CT A rather poor race here although I did get held up by backmarkers. Losing touch with the top 3 might need to increase CT.
R9 Monte Carlo..............4th........5th 60CT I increased the risks here hoping to reach the podium but a very poor start got me stuck behind a backmarker for 25 laps.
R10 Fuji........................4th........4th 50CT A very wet race but a dry start. I chose correctly and started the race on wet tyres but he really lacked pace?
R11 Shanghai................2nd.......4th 70CT Pushing harder but still the same result. A failed car part 6 laps from home, cost me 2 places.
R12 Sepang...................3rd.......3rd 60CT Finally back on the podium but I am really only just hanging on to the top 3. Aiming at those additional promotion spots.
R13 Montreal.................4th.......4th 40CT Again I lost a few places at the start, got held up and lost a stack of time. Still I sit in 4th in my group.
R14 Brasilia...................4th.......5th 80CT Even with such a risk, I'm still finding it hard to catch the top 3.
R15 Indianapolis Oval.....1st.......2nd 70CT Finally made the podium but yet I still cannot break into the top 3. Only 3 points behind 2nd placed manager though.
R16 Kyalami..................3rd.......1st 80CT Had to really push here to guarantee promotion. Pros here I come.
R17 A1 Ring..................8th......14th 0CT Smoking! There is no point in pushing at all for this final race. Promotion is guaranteed.

SEASON 46:
Previous Season: Well I did collect my 2 wins before I lost my driver. This virtually guaranteed my season and I was able to recruit a very but cheap driver. I had to race most of the races last season with 0 risks to control his OA. A rather boring season but all up I did what I wanted to do although I did lose a couple of sponsors.

MY GOAL: RETENTION. I can re-sign my driver after R3 so must make sure his OA does not go above 110. Then from R4 I will have 2 full seasons to race hard with him, plenty of testing and training, and hopefully after this season I can push for promotion in the following season.

R1 Slovakiaring.............21st.....28th 0CT risks as I demotivate but messed up as well with incorrect fuel loads.
R2 Fiorano....................21st.....25th 0CT risks and the car started smoking 14 laps from home. All good though with 1 more race before I can re-sign.
R3 Serres.....................28th.....26th 0CT for the last time. Finally I have re-signed my driver and it's time to show my competitors what he can do!
R4 Portimao..................12th.....10th 40CT and it's so good to be able to go racing again. Motivation still low but he will only get better from here.
R5 Rafaela....................25th.....10th 0CT but a whiting start has really help me leapfrog a lot of my competitors.

R12 Sakhir.....................8th.......6th 50CT Once again the perfect race! More points and a bit more of an increase on driver's motivation.
R13 Kaunas...................7th.......7th 35CT I lowered my CT risks and still got similar results. Everything looking strong for next season.
R14 Oesterreichring........7th.....20th 35CT Random in a very wet race but I also lowered my engine level to 3 and hence no speed.
R15 Shanghai................9th......10th 10CT Saving some part after doing testing. Still happy with the result considering very low risks.
R16 Irungattukottai........9th......18th 0CT I have retired for the season so it just saving money from here.
R17 Yeongam................2nd.....25th 0CT I was only able to do 5 laps before my car started to smoke and retired from the race 10 laps from home.

SEASON 45:
Previous Season: Well a failed promotion but I had decided he wasn't strong enough and pulled back after R13, he finished 4th, right behind those promoting. I wanted 2 wins but I will take my single win. Made 36M and did 3 testing sessions as well. Although I didn't promote, I had fun during the season and my driver was certainly very good in qualifying. To promote to the pros and survive that first season, you must have everything right. I wasn't quite there.

MY GOAL: RETENTION. I lose my driver after race 3 but hope to collect 2 wins. This will guarantee my season is safe, so I can then recruit a youngish driver with a lowish OA but with great potential after plenty of training. The trick is here though to keep those sponsors happy while I will definitely be running some poor races.

R1 Yas Marina.............1st........3rd Only 50CT risk and I reckon those above me were racing with a much higher risk.
R2 Sochi....................2nd........1st Increased the risk to 80CT to collect the win. Only 1 race left with my current driver.
R3 Anderstorp.............1st........1st A last hurrah for my driver as he leaves me. Now to find a similar driver?
R4 Bucharest.............28th.....29th Worst driver in the field but there is plenty of promise there. The rest of this season will be all about training and testing.
R5 Istanbul................29th.....25th The only manager to go with the 1 stopper and again raced with 0 CT risks. The only problem is unhappy sponsors?
R6 Brno....................27th.......7th Increased CT to 80, to try and keep the sponsors happy. Great result and they still respond "Sponsor is unhappy with your performance"????
R7 Imola..................22nd.....23rd One sponsor has left me but I must look at the big picture. In two seasons time he will be so much stronger.
R8 Monte Carlo..........20th.....29th Planned smoking car. Got through 2/3rds of the race but still racing very conservatively with 0 risks.
R9 Zolder.................14th.....22nd 0 risks and similar results.
R10 Jerez..................22nd.....22nd 0 risks and I continue to build this season for a much bigger push right from race 1 next season.
R11 Montreal..............25th......20th 0 risks and a bad DM but continue to build.
