So I checked this sponsor and he was on the car of Mato Nikic who brought him up from Ama-78. The contract ran out this race, so I thought this sponsor should become available after this race. But it doesn't. Why?

Dammit. So there is a separate pool for promo sponsors?

Yeah sure I spent hours browsing through all pro and master groups to find good upcoming sponsors. Can one distinguish promo from normal sponsors during an active contract?
