What are exactly the end season rewards (apart from the points)?. I'm studying my situation. Right now i think i could promote to amateur. That's nice because i've just started playing mid season, but on the other hand i am going to amateur probably with less cash and a worse developed car than anyone.

you get cash based on the finishing position (if you are top 10), cash for points earned and a free sponsor for promoting

right now Alex, you're cash is in the negative, so if I was you, I'd save the cash & only spend it on emergency things (i.e. replacing highly worn parts etc.)

Ty but if you know the amount, i mean between the amount of numbers you get or an average cash or something it would be nice. Depending on the answer if i get the chance i am going tio choose between promote or get myself a reset to prepare the foundations for my promotion, because i'm still thinking that going to amateur like that could be comitting suicide.

He i was going to do that dont worry, i know i'm in negative but this last gps i've been testing and training crew and driver quite a lot. This races incoming i'm going to simply replace parts and nothing more. But i'm asking this because i think i've got a pace advantage right now. I just want to cover the "what ifs" of my first season.

Ty, i think i'm going negative at the end of the season. I could need a bigger margin for me if i want to promote and stay consistently there and in higher leagues. Also i need to learn more about this game. I'm staying in rookie 1 season more.

I would like the awards to be paid after the eventual taxing at the end of the season, or not taxed at all... just like that =D

In your situation (welcome to game and gg on a good start!) I would personally look into learning the game a bit better for the rest of this season and then go for a much more educated attempt next season. Clearly have the right idea of what to do so can then go into Am with a more healthy balance and a tiny bit more understanding on what you need to do to stay up.

Promoting right away probably wouldn't be worth it. Use the rest of the season as an opportunity to gather data and experience, then push for promo next season right from the start. You'll be in a much better situation, both financially and with your car level.
Your driver seems to be great, but a bit on the expensive side. Get yourself someone like him, but cheaper. If you can do it this season and avoid the first-market-madness, even better.

You need strong foundations to build on... and to then decide to tear it down to start over again... and again... and again... lol

As many already told you, you should probably gather knowledge and as much info as you can.
Try to gather knowledge about financial management, how to setup and when to invest - or not - in the car, what to invest in and try to work out if you should change your driver or not.
It is okay to stay in your current group to do so, you'll do it the future for other reasons in other groups. To build up your foundations (car, driver, financial, knowledge, etc), it takes time.
If you feel like that's right for you, and if you haven't done it yet, in addition to your own research and data collection try and find a mentor to give you light in some aspects of the game.
You had a nice start nevertheless, GPRO isn't easy, but it is very rewarding.
