As always, our aim is to get back to full strength, best would be before R1 so that we can focus on progress from the get go.

Ok, sorry, let's get back to main point of this post :XD
Yes, we are recruiting and it's already more than one season that we are looking for our 10th member.
A bit of copy paste stuff here but with modifications ---We can offer you all sorts of team benefits like :
- We got managers with Master exp (from current roster Martti and Rem have successful Master retentions and Krzyztof have been to there as well so yeah we do know the stuff)
- Tools that works. (Race/energy/driver/finances etc.)
- An active team (this is most important thing, we have a very well maintained team forum which is full of great information and apart from that an external chat group to talk on all the topics even outside GPRO)
- Great car livery (yes, it give's us a unique identity)

Almost a year has passed since we last posted here that means we have been a very stable team.
But sadly, now I'm at it again.
Unfortunately, one of our loyal and promising member have decided to call it quit, could not cope-up with real life's constant interference. So that's it, now it means we need to find an adequate replacement so that we can start the next season in fully functional capacity.
Anyone who is looking for a friendly and helpful atmosphere to better his/her GPRO career then we might be the ideal destination.
All we want from our prospective team members is long term commitment to the game and never ending loyalty to the team. Rest of things are secondary.

I can see that not many teams are currently in the market for fresh talents.
But we are, and our priorities are very simple but crystal clear. We are looking for managers who are highly motivated to play GPRO and who can pledge loyalty to the team for as long as possible. Rest all other things are workable.
What we can offer? That should be the question we expect our applicants to ask us but let me give a brief idea:- we have been a very stable and consistently a top 100 team for some seasons now. Rankings can always go up and down depending upon the respective stages of each and every member's career, but we have the desire to be in at least top 50 always.
Why top 50 and why not top 20 or top 10 or fighting the Tigers for Championship? Well because we have a very relaxed atmosphere where every member can focus on his/her growth and plan accordingly. We won't force anyone to change their plan because our philosophy at MoS is that if all the mangers progress towards their goals then team will progress too. So that's it.

We had assumed that we are ready for the new season with a full roster but evidently, that's not the case. So we are still looking for our 10th manager and this could be an opportunity for you to join a very stable team.
I joined MoS at around Season 70 I guess but I'm nowhere near the top of loyalty rankings as half of team has been playing together for much longer duration than me. This sort of stability and continuity can only be achieved if group is helpful and friendly.
I won't say anything more as most of the successful teams possess almost same sort of game knowledge, we are no different.

Right, so as it's often said that nothing lasts forever, our run of relative with stability is approaching a temporary halt because a couple of our old and loyal members are going to leave us (and probably the GPRO itself) at the end of current season. But as I said, it's only a temporary halt because our intention is to again have a full roster before the start of next season.
That means, here is a unique opportunity to be a part of a stable and extremely friendly team. But this time we are changing our recruitment policy a bit. Apart from Loyalty to team and long term commitment towards game, we are adding one more desired trait for our prospective members, a proven experience at higher levels (Master and above) in the game.
So, at this moment we are specifically looking for highly experienced players which do have know-how of higher leagues. In return we can promise a loyal, friendly and helping platform for you to keep growing and enjoying this beautiful game. We have everything what is there to be expected from a well organised team plus we have an active WhatsApp group for interaction.

It's very hard to find suitable team members, specially if the first priority is loyalty. But we have been very lucky in this regard in the past as reflected in our history. With current openings too, we will wait till we get the best of the best. So, take your time, do all your evaluations and then decide. We aren't fading away to nothing-land anytime soon.
And you say we aren't ambitious enough? Will touch on this later, in the mean time, good luck for tonight's race :)

Last race of the season so good luck to everyone.
As discussed earlier, we plan to start next season with few new faces but again, we are in no hurry.
We are looking for managers who are aiming to move forward in their GPRO careers, preferably having experience at Master and above.
Our ambitions? All of us are actively trying to progress, we are planning for several seasons ahead. But as is the norm in GPRO, each cycle may end abruptly and then a new cycle has to begin afresh. So it might appears that we are not moving ahead at all, but that's not the case.
Many of us have successfully retained at master level, and that too for multiple seasons (don't worry, I double checked the stats, so it's true :P). It's just that we tend to falter at the last hurdle.
And we tend to change this in near future, so I hope now our ambition is clear :)

Reset day have greeted us with a really sad news (but was inevitable) as Kess just left us after spending full 17 seasons, here. He is taking a break from active racing at least and hopefully he'll be back sooner rather than later.
